We need more service providers like this who delivered an excellent service coupled with friendly,…read moreprofessional and honest advice. No hard sell, just explained what was needed and offered a range of options to suit my budget. Fantastic value for money highly recommended, why go any ware else? If you got a problem with your Apple product, I strongly recommend you contact this company and guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Great guy! After cleaning my 2007 MacBook, it would not work anymore. I am pretty computer savvy…read moreand tested a few things myself (take RAM in and out, use a different hard drive, make sure all connections are firm), but nothing worked. I googled and found Paolo's old website: http://www.mactechlogic.com/ . I called and he told me that he moved and has a new name. As I wanted to make sure the laptop is fixed the same day, I went there rather than using the free on-site repair. His office is in a not very promising looking building, but it is the insight that matters, or? ;) And there is a lot of knowledge inside. I talked in total about 1 hour to him, and I was very impressed by his knowledge. He is repairing Apple products since they were large bulky machines, and he prefers to repair rather than just replacing some faulty part (which Apple does). It turned out that my suspicion about the RAM was not wrong, both of my modules failed because of corrosion. He replaced the modules, cleaned the interior and I have now a laptop that feels like being new. There is no other place in Cambridge where I would bring my Apple products for maintenance. Paolo is very thorough, detailed, customer and product-oriented. It has been a while since I met someone like this.

Don't go there, misleading and unhelpful I solved the computer problem myself by plugging in…read moreanother lead. Making a saving of £500 which is what he recommended I buy a new laptop. Where's the honesty gone with shop owners today? I reported them to the trading standards.

Ok, I didn't want to write a negative review, as I believed we had come to an agreement, though…read morethis appears not to be the case. I sent my girlfriends laptop here to get a screen repaired - I went through the process, and they told me the laptop screen would be £125 ish, so i decided to go ahead, and pay £35 deposit. They picked up the laptop, and once received, gave me a crazy quote of around £700 to replace, of course I declined, I mean, I'd already gone through the process and they told me it was £125, why the huge jump? My girlfriend spoke to the person at the office, whom informed her she would get refunded her £35, as we paid that on the premise it would cost £135 to fix, but at £700 obviously we're not going to continue. We were then told later that she would not be receiving any money back. So basically they said they could fix it for £125, got us to pay a £35 deposit, then priced it up to £700 and refused to refund the deposit. I wasn't happy , so spoke to a gentleman named Dawid Golec, we came to an agreement where he would give me £20 discount for any further work required. I wasn't overly happy with that, but it seemed it was the best I was going to get. He ased me to email him directly and he would apply the discount and get it sorted. Now, myself and my girlfriend both have broken IPhone screens (It's like they're made of ice!) and I have attempted on a number of occasions to contact Dawid, and he has never replied. Basically, they stole £35 from us, that is how I'm seeing it. I just want to warn others that these people don't do ethical business, and it certainly seems like they did it just to get some money for nothing, and now we're left out of pocket. I'm sure some people have had an OK experience, but personally, I would STRONGLY advise prospective customers to look else where, for a more professional company.
