I sent my girlfriends laptop here to get a screen repaired - I went through the process, and they told me the laptop screen would be £125 ish, so i decided to go ahead, and pay £35 deposit. They picked up the laptop, and once received, gave me a crazy quote of around £700 to replace, of course I declined, I mean, I'd already gone through the process and they told me it was £125, why the huge jump? My girlfriend spoke to the person at the office, whom informed her she would get refunded her £35, as we paid that on the premise it would cost £135 to fix, but at £700 obviously we're not going to continue. We were then told later that she would not be receiving any money back. So basically they said they could fix it for £125, got us to pay a £35 deposit, then priced it up to £700 and refused to refund the deposit. I wasn't happy , so spoke to a gentleman named Dawid Golec, we came to an agreement where he would give me £20 discount for any further work required. I wasn't overly happy with that, but it seemed it was the best I was going to get. He ased me to email him directly and he would apply the discount and get it sorted. Now, myself and my girlfriend both have broken IPhone screens (It's like they're made of ice!) and I have attempted on a number of occasions to contact Dawid, and he has never replied. Basically, they stole £35 from us, that is how I'm seeing it. I just want to warn others that these people don't do ethical business, and it certainly seems like they did it just to get some money for nothing, and now we're left out of pocket. I'm sure some people have had an OK experience, but personally, I would STRONGLY advise prospective customers to look else where, for a more professional company.

After having to come back twice, he told that I would have to get a new phone because the sim reader was broken (was charged £30 for the inspection). The phone was not even glued back properly. Went elsewhere, got an inspection and phone glued properly for free, AND they replaced the broken sim reader for £50. Didn't need a new phone after all. Aside from that, not all that professional - store opens at 10am but when I arrived at 10:15 he still wasn't open. He told me the phone was fixed but when I came by, he had only removed the stuck sim card, and it was clear he hadn't even disassembled the phone to remove the broken pieces. Had to come back again after he had disassembled it to identify the problem. I'd recommend going elsewhere.
