Both times I was in and out in about 30-45 mins, without even making a booking (that said, I would recommend ringing up before to check if they have parts in stock, especially for non-current phones). Much better than Apple's 'Genius bar' I reckon, which costs more, requires a booking, often still has a queue... and one Apple store 'Genius' even said the charger port couldn't be fixed... hah.
