Really disappointed with the work they did for my phone and my son's phone. Both has problemns after the screens were replaced. The screens were poor quality and mine cracked within two days of paying £100 to have ot done and my son's had to be redone as it went wrong immediately after they did the screen. do not recommend this company. I took a MacBook Pro and an iPhone 6 Plus to be fixed the week before Christmas. Never once did I get a call with an update or an estimated time for when the work would be complete. Any time I called (which was often), I was always promised that someone would call back, but this never happened. When I did call (during the hours that Josh is supposed to there), I could hear is Josh (the so-called engineer) in the background saying, "tell him I'm not here." When my iPhone screen was fixed (which is why I had taken it in) but nothing else worked, they had the cheek to ask for another £30 to repair something that was working before I took it in. As for the MacBook, they said (after over 3 months) that they could repair it. They never even looked at it, the case was never opened. Smart Phone Repair started up well, but since they started renting a space to a so-called engineer named Josh, the place has gone completely downhill. This is a shame as the owner of the shop is a good man it's just falling apart with the staff. I do apologise to all the people that I have recommended Smart Phone Repair to - and there have been dozens over the last few years. It's gone from the best phone/computer repair shop to the worst I have ever dealt with and I have been in the IT Industry for over 35 years both here and in Australia. Really good service. Took my son's phone to have a new screen as it had been smashed. The ordered a new screen and called me when it was in to drop the phone in. They had said they would do it the same day but when I went back to collect, it had not been finished. Straight away they offered to bring to the phone to me the next day to save me coming into collect it. Phone looked like new and also has a 1 year guarantee on the work. Very happy. read more

rubbish work shop & stuff, they damage the devices not repair, my advice not to visit this shop very rude stuff and they are using cheap parts and the charge the price of original ones, and you will lose your device, your time & money. read more
