Within minutes of inquiry Cheryl contacted me to set up the inspection. The process was smooth and they answered any questions I had along the way as a first time homebuyer. Andy willingly came out on a Saturday morning while it was raining and the sellers present and packing and still performed a thorough inspection. I added on a sewer scope and WDI reports and still found the pricing very affordable in comparison to other local inspectors I had researched. He communicated throughout the process about when my fiancé and I should arrive to do a walk through and again was very patient with my abundance of questions. He had very good advice and recommendations for us as we completed the walkthrough.
