When we met Danny, we took a weekend trip to Texas. We wanted to meet our new realtor and visit some houses in San Antonio and the surrounding area, and we realized during this weekend to Texas we would need more time to find just the right home. The weekend we spent with Danny was a fun time getting to learn about him, and he learned about us so that we knew we were on the right track to find the right home. These people will use old dirty pictures they had in file to use as a reason for detaining your security deposit. They exactly did that to us. I originally…read moregave them a low rating because of an issue with a payment submitted through their online portal... we were being charged for an NSF and late fees even though the payment had gone through (there also was an issue with our last name was misspelled in the portal that wasn't caught in time)... regardless, after a couple e-mails and screenshots of confirmation, etc they have corrected. Upon purchasing the apartment complex they did raise the rent, but after speaking with Cristina they were kind enough to offer us a month-to-month until the renovations were complete before raising the rent. Not only that, but if we had to move between units during renovations they would fully compensate us for the moving fees. We did move on to another place but I can say from our 2 months of dealing with them, they were honest, fair, and cared enough to take the time to research our issues and correct them. Thank you HPM!
