I sent him a pic and he stated flat rate price of $880. I agreed and scheduled an appointment for Monday at 9am. Well, at 9:30am, still a no show. I texted him and he said 30-40 minutes out. If he wanted to make a good first impression, this wasn't it. Call your customer and update them that you'll be running late. It shouldn't be the customers responsibility to call you. When he showed up, he wasn't ready to work, he looked at the tree and mentioned that he might've underbid. I said that's too bad. He contacted his "tree guys" and they were still another hour out. That is a very poor business model, as punctuality and responsibility are important aspects in running a business. When his "tree guys" showed up in a sedan with saws in their trunk, I thought it was a joke. There was no chipper or trailer for tree debris to be loaded in. I was seeing some red flags. One of the guys climbed the tree and threw a strap around the top of the trunk, while the other attached the strap to the front of their sedan and backed up to tension the strap. My thoughts were "oh boy!" They started cutting the trunk and it did fall where they intended it to. They got right to work cutting limbs and cleaning up the debris left behind. They told me they had a trailer coming and it should arrive soon. 3 hours later, a car hauler trailer showed up and the guys started loading the branches on that trailer. It was almost 2 hours later when they finished. My overall thoughts were it was a very unorthodox and unorganized method of tree removal, but in the end, they got the job done and the clean up of the mess was exceptional. Would I use them again, unfortunately, probably not. The price was great, but the whole operation was a tad sketchy. Caveat Emptor.

I recommend them to everybody who is looking for lawn help. I have a time with them every week that they come. If they have to move it because of weather, they communicate well. I had two packages delivered while I was at work. One is missing! I am furious! The very least they could have done is put everything back the way it was. I'm told the boss will be here tomorrow. I'm beyond mad. They should not have to use anything of mine to help in their work. I bought my umbrella for my enjoyment not to help A Best Roofing put up a new roof. Barely any spoke English. One did however try to use translator on his phone to communicate with me. I do appreciate his efforts. 1) the roofers could have asked the office to contact me on using my umbrella. They didn't. 2) I had two packages delivered and one is missing! They were the only ones in my courtyard and it's gone! I might change my review after talking with their boss. Right now if I could give zero stars. Their manager did come back and agreed to make things right. The package that ended up missing he agreed to reimburse me the $35. In speaking with the manager he informed me that a letter was sent to me. I didn't receive it. Could be the issue of a mail carrier putting it in the wrong mailbox. Mishaps do occur and a good nights sleep calmed my attitude. I've changed my review from 1 star to 5 star because the manager and the workers this morning did everything to make it right.

Hired them for the seemless guttering system paid way to much for it to begin with & then they put it on my house with double drip edge. just because the roofing company I hired (not them) did the original drip edge incorrectly & hung the guttering system anyway without telling me anything & needless to say it looks like sh^^, & wants to charge me an additional $2800 to come back & make it look right!! this is totally wrong on so many levels. not happening A1-Roofing out of of Tulsa. & it also leaks on every corner of my house. not a Happy customer at ALL! if I had to do it all over again I would definitely not hire A1-Roofing, buyers be aware!!
