A few months ago, I knew I needed to visit a dentist due to an incomplete root canal I'd had a few years back, and I got their $29 cleaning offer in the mail. I made my appointment and went in. The first visit's X-rays did not go that well (the assistant seemed a little inexperienced, but she was not there the next visit), but they eventually got the job done. After seeing Dr. Krauss, he recommended that my root canal be redone as well as a couple of cavities filled. While nervous, I was thrilled that they were actually able to complete my root canal that same day. I was also thrilled at their financing services -- I took advantage of their Smile Savers program and Care Credit to pay for my procedures. The root canal itself was not too bad, and I went home with pain meds to get me through the recovery. I have since been back for a cleaning, a filling, and an extraction, and all procedures went well and were reasonably priced. The best thing about Monarch is the fact that they can usually complete procedures same day, unlike a lot of the other dentists in town. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful, and the rest of the staff is kind and gentle.

Still no one showed and my friend calls me to see what I'm doing and of course I complain to her about the wait and how rude they were and they "Magically" appear out of no where just to poke around in my mouth for 10 seconds to say they can't save my broken tooth and say they will have to schedule a removal. Dr Bullock even ground on my opposing permanent teeth to get the crown fitted. Disaster; had to return for a complete replacement permanent crown. Getting a followup teeth cleaning was another disaster. I'm there for my appointment and the lady gets terminated or quits. Need to return again later. I'm finally done and I mean done.
