I have gone to other dentists in Abilene and no one offers the total package like Dr. Spence. His practice turns what most people dread - someone in your mouth with the ability to launch you through the ceiling in pain - to an experience rich in concern for the patient not feeling any discomfort and having any problem solved as quickly as possible. Dr. Spence is also active in trying to get patients to do those things that keep your teeth and gums healthy so that you really only need a cleaning twice a year. I've been cavity free since I started going to Dr. Spence. If you do what he and his staff tell you to do, you will have a healthy and pain-free dental situation. And maybe the best part of seeing Dr. Spence and his staff is the consistently positive atmosphere with a foundation of genuine laughter and smiles!
