My car didn't clean well, I went back and showed them how the handles along with the dash didn't look that clean. He proceeded to tell me that an exterior wash is $14 and that I hadn't had a car wash in a long time and it was my fault. The worker took my car to the detail area and my tires made noise since he was so rough with handling my car. They are disgusting, stay away. Going to little nick from now on. read more

Usually I get good through service here but today the staff didn't do a good job with my car. From start both sides of the windshield and top of the car wasn't brushed. After drying there was dust still in the door wells and side mirrors and the interior wasn't vacuumed well. And...No one could speak English to help resolve my complaint....very disappointed. read more

Went there and paid for the most expensive package. I didn't think it was very good, cup holders and dashboard were still not cleaned. Also the floor mats weren't cleaned as well as I thought. I said something and no one seemed to be bothered. read more

I have a Mercedes which creates a lot of break dust on the front rims. They sprayed the rims with the power washer and ran it through. Not much more. There was still a lot of dirt on the rims and I had to take a rag and clean it myself when I got home. What am I paying for? read more

I'm always satisfied with their service and the prices are the best I've found in the area.

The service was horrible !!! I paid over $25 and they didn't even vacuum properly , they used the same rags that they clean the outside of the car and used it to clean the inside of the car as well of the windows!!' I asked them to remove the leaves from the dashboard and they refused to do it!!!!! Overall very bad service!!! Very disappointed !! They don't even deserve a one star!!! read more

Cleaning the car really good inside and outside, prices are very high for mini detail car cleaning, but the work is done!

Avoid. They are thieves. Paid for the super car wash ($20) and was disappointed once I got into the car and saw they didn't clean the interior. I decided it wasn't worth the battle and drove 5 minutes home - only to realize that my $100 vape was missing from the change holder. I tore apart my ENTIRE car looking for it. I immediately drove back and confronted the manager who said I must have thrown it out. That answer wasn't good enough so I parked my car and went to the front office hoping to speak to someone higher. They refused a refund and when I went back out to my car - which I left unlocked - the vape was laying on the floor mat on the driver's side. Unbelievable. At least they had the decency to sneak it back? read more

Paid the higher price thinking the service would reflect - did NOT. Driver side front floor mat not cleaned at all, definitely not put through the special mat cleaner. Floor still had sand on it. Middle area console dirty. Inside of windshield smeary. Had to go to a vacuum spot at my service station to vacuum driver side floor and then got my own Windex and had to do windshield myself. Won't be back. read more

This is the best carwash in all of Queens, I would say the best carwash in New York, I'm always driving for work and have been to many carwashes..but none beat U.S. 1 Carwash...they do amazing work and offer great service..Vanessa and Henry a brother and sister team run the carwash and offer great service and professionalism to their customers. My car is always squeaky clean when they finish! The staff is courteous and professional. If you're in bayside/flushing go get your car washed at U.S.1..your car will love it! read more

avoid at all cost ! staffs not friendly, use dirty wet towels to dry and got a scratch mark on my door. fast dont mean a thing if the car still looks dirty and wet. wash it yourself or go to another place, skip this one !!! read more

Terrible place. This is a poorly run business. I broke the promise to myself and went there to inquire about a detail job on my utility pickup. The manager barely acknowledged, looking at his phone while answering any questions about a potential $200 job. Decided that it was better to put the money in a storm drain near by that give it to that business. Very rude and so are the other people who work there. They are poorly trained and every time you ask for what you pay it's a problem. Also, it looks like wiping the dashboard it's a forbidden thing. they never do. Forget about drying of water and soap from the exterior. They always "forget" to put the shine on your tires which comes at an additional $2 and once, when I tried to do it myself I was asked to live and never come back. And boy did I follow that order for 3 years until last week! As a mater of fact I never went back there for business. I made sure that they never again saw my $30 (car wash twice a month) and $10 in tips( $5 each time). Also I did a very good job in spreading the word around. I did go back to try and speak to the owner but he was never there. Some people have it good. He will be alright until someone else opens a car wash near by and take at least 70% of his customers, easily!!! read more

This is the best car wash in the area. They do a great job of wiping down the insides of the car.

Don't waste your money here. They can't even get bird shit off your car. There still was a lot of bird shit on my side mirror and I asked them if they can clean it. They said no and it's hard to remove bird shot on cars. They told me they can try again for $30....when their best wash costs $15. I watched them from beginning and they didn't even spray the side mirror before they put it through the machine. Why would you want to goto a car wash that can't even remove bird shit. read more

dirty towels, 1/2 the wax and soap nozzles dosn't work, car still wet and dirty!! ****. skip this place!!!!!!! read more

Well just threw $20 dollars away. Went to the car wash to get my car cleaned. First the guy jumps in and revs the car throws it in gear and turns real quick to the track. When the car was finished and now ready for the guys to dry it off they went over and I noticed they used the same rags as they had for the previous cars. Once the drying was done they all walked away. I went over to my car and it looked terrible. There was spots that where still dirty the Windows where badly streaked and they didn't armor all the tires. When I pointed that out the guy had a bad attitude he armor all the tires but left without cleaning the windows. When I got home I had to clean parts of my car and the windows, I feel like I wasted my money. Never again will I go there. read more

Took my car here on 7/21/2016 and the service was poor. The service attendants were rude and I requested they not speak to me in that manner. I ask for the manger and found the person yelling at me was the manager. I asked him what was his name and he responded "Barack Obama". As an African American I felt the comment was disrespectful and racist. His job was to wash cars and he struggle to that as the service was also very poor. read more

Horriblr car wash. I always get the best and they never clean the windows fully. They do some but not all.

Sucks. THEY DONT EVEN TOUCH YOUR INTERIOR! Main reason I brought my car in was because the interior was dusty. After the car wash I thought it would be clean but they didn't even touch the interior dashboard, navigation, cupholder, and center console... Exterior wasn't dry. Just an overall bad experience. read more

What a gem! I got the 24.99 express wash and I've never seen car wash places take such care and time to dry my car. I'm a fan!

Awful car wash. Paid almost $30 for the "best" the offered and my car came out filthy. Worst part was when we asked them about the stuff left on the car they ignored us and walked away. Very disappointed and will not be going back. read more

Great job!! Just had these guys do a wash and hand wax on my Denali. They did a nice job and were pretty thorough. Good price too. When I pick up my next car, it will be going there for a complete detailing. read more

Know the old adage, "fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me"? Well, shame on me! About a year ago, Smart Car Wash neglected to return my four carpeted floor mats to the car before I left. I did not notice for a while, maybe a few days. When I returned, they knew nothing about it. Ok, honest mistake, and either someone there, or another customer, got a set of $130 mats. Fast forward one year. After washing and drying the car, Smart Car Wash tells me that they must have mistakenly put all four rubber mats in someone else's car. The manager insisted on looking at security footage before he would believe that they screwed up. Confirming that I drove in with mats that were now allegedly no longer around, he offered to give me one set of the crappy, over-priced mats they sell there. And nothing else. No apology, much less a free car wash, which would have cost them two bits of soap and another two bits of water. Crumb bums, these guys. Never more, quoth the raven. Not-So-Smart Car Wash, say I. read more
