I still would not recommend this car wash. The staff forgot to put tape on my tow eye cap cover (small square plastic cover on my rear bumper) and it came off during the wash. They stopped the machine and looked for it, couldn't find it, then told me that it was missing before the car wash. Just own up to it. I saw another car's license plate cover break off while going through the powerful air dryers. I only go to this car wash for the convenience, it's not a quality car wash. When I got my car back, there was still dust all over the dashboard, soda splashed on the dash and vent, and crumbs left on the seat. This is a new car, so it should not be hard to clean,yet it looked like they barely touched the interior. They even left trash inside the car, my empty Starbucks cup garbage. The most frustrating part? When I got home, I wiped the soda off with a simple wet rag, one pass and it was gone. That tells me they never even attempted to clean the dash. They just rushed through it and handed it back like it was done. And here's what really bothers me: I've come here many times with my husband, and every time he stands outside watching, the car comes back spotless. But this time, it was 92° and I waited inside , alone, as a woman, and suddenly, the quality of work was completely different. I am extremely disappointed with this car wash service. After paying for a full cleaning, the inside of my car was still dirty -- there were crumbs and dirt left on the seats and interior. It honestly looked like it was not cleaned at all. Even worse, after checking the exterior, I noticed multiple scratches on my car's surface that were definitely not there before. It looks like the equipment they used is old or poorly maintained and caused damage to my car. This is completely unacceptable. A car wash should clean a vehicle, not leave it dirty and damaged. 2.5 Stars. Folks, it's a basic car wash place. The workers move fast and as a result they keep customers moving. This is not the place for a fine detail job on your luxury vehicle. You'll be in and out, $20 more or less and there will definitely be areas inside your car requiring a touch up - you won't even have to look close. I sent my son to this carwash as I know two men who frequent it. They paid eighteen dollars. $18.00!! They charged my charge card FIFTY FIVE DOLLARS, $55.00, for a regular car wash! I paid almost 60 dollars and took the receipt, and back of the receipt says they're not responsible for any damages... as I was reading it the guy came out with my mirror in his hand.. they said they're sorry and I asked why wouldn't they close the mirrors at the first place. This place was usually alright but it was beyond horrible and offensive today. I was trying to redeem a car wash through my app and there was an issue with the internet. The cashier told me I should get LTE instead of 5G, there was another old guy standing next to him blocking half of the counter and chatting with him, he started saying things like my internet wasn't working because I didn't pay for my phone bill, if I get internet service like his, it would be as fast as sex. When I went to pick up my car, I couldn't find my car key. While I was looking for my key in the pouring rain, one of the workers was still wiping the inside of my car. I asked them where my key was and they seemed clueless, then one of them finally remembered they didn't give me my car key. The worker working on my car left the door wild open in the pouring rain and left his spray bottle on the driver's seat. I asked if he's done and he didn't realize he left things in my car. They do an ok job cleaning. It's not that hard to vacuum down a car. The men who you see first when you get out of your car are all rude. They're exchanging snide glances at each other, while conversing in Spanish. It doesn't help that I'm a woman, and whenever I even walk by that side of the street, they call out to me, whistle, and shout things at me in Spanish. It makes me so uncomfortable to be there to the point where I always cross the street, even if I have to be on the other side. I reported the catcalling to the manager at the premises. I doubt they'll do anything because the men will say, "it was all a joke" or "we're just playing around". I just want them to stop. read more

They need to do a better job cleaning the inside of the car for their standard wash like the inside of windows and doors and the seats. The workers seem to be getting few if any tips from what I see in the tip jar. This may be that some workers are countering the hard working ones. Perhaps if they cleaned the interior windows without you needing to check and go back to ask if they did it they would fare better. One time I went to manager and complained the windows looks like they were not even touched and he just told me to tell a worker to do it. He didn't check and didn't apologize that despite a customer paying for the most expensive car wash (the "best") that they didn't even vacuum the cup holders or clean the windows. They also use the same brushes to wash your rims as well as the paint if the car. This is different from some other washes that use one brush for wheels and one for body of the car. I made the mistake of buying a pre-paid card and will not do it again. All 3 times I have gone the windows were not cleaned and I felt as if I was a burden being there to some of the employees. I have had my car washed here before. It was OK. However today, I did pay extra for the mats to be washed, which they were but they were not put back in place. One was thrown on the front passenger seat. Additionally they did not wipe down the inside of the car and they did a very poor job vacuuming leaving papers. Didn't realize my loyalty card expired and I waited around for 30 minutes for the owner and when he got there just screamed at me meanwhile I would've just paid for the car wash anyway. Don't really care about yelp reviews but felt the need to inform people that it's just not a good car wash. Barely even get the dirt off of a truck. Don't waste your money.
