I still would not recommend this car wash. The staff forgot to put tape on my tow eye cap cover (small square plastic cover on my rear bumper) and it came off during the wash. They stopped the machine and looked for it, couldn't find it, then told me that it was missing before the car wash. Just own up to it. I saw another car's license plate cover break off while going through the powerful air dryers. I only go to this car wash for the convenience, it's not a quality car wash. Maybe remove or secure any plastic pieces on your car before you go here, don't leave it up these guys because they don't care about your car. read more

Smart Car Wash - I think you might have missed a spot... - Car Wash Near Me - Flushing, New York

I chose best wash which is $26 plus tax. The secret to how they finished my car so quickly was that they didn't properly wash it in the first place. I drove home, but then realized I couldn't find my car key, so I went back. The cashier woman wouldn't even listen to what I was saying and just kept pointing at the workers outside washing cars. Was she deaf or something??? In the end, the key was found under the passenger seat. Instead of apologizing, they acted annoyed at me, as if it was my fault for not finding it myself. I ended up taking my car to another car wash and having it cleaned again. I decided I will never come back to this place. I wasted both my time and money and got nothing but stress in return. In 35 years, I have never experienced a car wash this bad. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Absolutely do not go here! read more

Incompetent staff that don't do their job Treat cars like garbage and are absolutely rude I've been going to this place in all its ownerships since 1980 it was pretty good until about six months ago, and then all of a sudden everything fell out the bottom They don't clean the car they don't vacuum it and they charge $32 for a full service car wash and you don't get anything worth it Avoid this place read more

Smart Car Wash - Waiting for a bad car wash. - Car Wash Near Me - Flushing, New York

I paid $65 for the Armor All Complete package, and the service I received was completely unacceptable. When I got my car back, there was still dust all over the dashboard, soda splashed on the dash and vent, and crumbs left on the seat. This is a new car, so it should not be hard to clean, yet it looked like they barely touched the interior. They even left trash inside the car, my empty Starbucks cup garbage. The most frustrating part? When I got home, I wiped the soda off with a simple wet rag, one pass and it was gone. That tells me they never even attempted to clean the dash. They just rushed through it and handed it back like it was done. And here's what really bothers me: I've come here many times with my husband, and every time he stands outside watching, the car comes back spotless. But this time, it was 92° and I waited inside , alone, as a woman, and suddenly, the quality of work was completely different. It's clear to me that because I was there by myself, they didn't bother to take the job seriously. That's beyond disappointing,it's disrespectful. To make matters worse, while I was waiting, there was a loud argument between a customer and one of the workers, and after my experience, I can understand why. This place clearly cuts corners when they think no one's watching. This was a complete waste of money, and I will never be returning read more

I am extremely disappointed with this car wash service. After paying for a full cleaning, the inside of my car was still dirty -- there were crumbs and dirt left on the seats and interior. It honestly looked like it was not cleaned at all. Even worse, after checking the exterior, I noticed multiple scratches on my car's surface that were definitely not there before. It looks like the equipment they used is old or poorly maintained and caused damage to my car. This is completely unacceptable. A car wash should clean a vehicle, not leave it dirty and damaged. Very poor service, careless work, and no attention to customer property. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

*This Place steals your items* Went earlier today and when they cleaned my car they stole a Starbucks cup with money in it. Went back to tell them someone had taken it and the manager "Fernando" freaked out and told me he had it in his car. Why wouldn't he leave it inside? I asked for the owners information and he refused to give it to me. I will periodically stop by until I get a hold of the owner. I'm attaching a photo of my receipt. read more

I parked under a tree and had some specks of sap on my windshield. I let them know before they ran the car through. The guy said "I'll try". My car comes out, still sap specks. Not worth the money, even the measly $27 for "The Best". Lately they have been trying to get people the detail their cars. You can't even wash the car properly, you want to detail it? Pay the money if you just want them to throw some water on your car. But don't expect any type of service or results. Someone's Nissan emblem was on the floor of the car wash today. Honestly the guy on the side of the Cross Bronx Expressway probably could've gotten the sap off my windshield at the light. read more

If you care about your car, DO NOT take it to Smart Car Wash! The staff here recklessly revs customer cars' engines and has a completely disrespectful attitude toward customers. I went there for a simple car wash, but the employee revved my engine multiple times while wiping the car down. When I told him to stop, he casually responded, "It's fine, the car won't have any problems." To make things worse, he then had the audacity to say, "It's not even your car, it's the dealer's." Excuse me? Whether it's financed, leased, or owned outright, it's still my car--who gave him the right to treat it like his own toy? When I confronted him, he smugly said, "Are you going to call the police?" His attitude was unbelievably arrogant. No professionalism, no customer service--just an employee who doesn't care about respecting customers' property. This place is clearly mismanaged, and the staff lacks proper training. read more

2.5 Stars. Folks, it's a basic car wash place. The workers move fast and as a result they keep customers moving. This is not the place for a fine detail job on your luxury vehicle. You'll be in and out, $20 more or less and there will definitely be areas inside your car requiring a touch up - you won't even have to look close. If you want to save a few dollars, take out your mats beforehand and clean them yourself. Keep it simple here and you'll have a clean-enough ride. read more

Waste of money. Paid for a full service and they don't even bother to clean the interior. This is the worst car wash I've been to.

STAY AWAY!! I asked for "The Best". The floors had barely been vacuumed. The glass inside, the dash, and the console had not even been touched. When I complained, I was directed to the manager . The manager directed me to drive back around. They re-vacuumed but the rest of the interior was still a mess. When I complained AGAIN, I was told that I needed to purchase a more expensive option. I don't mind paying more but why wouldn't these options have been offered up front? More importantly, what sort of professional business would hand over a car like that and claim to have cleaned it. I have had my car washed here before. It was OK. However today, I did pay extra for the mats to be washed, which they were but they were not put back in place. One was thrown on the front passenger seat. Additionally they did not wipe down the inside of the car and they did a very poor job vacuuming leaving papers. I had to finish the job when I went home myself. When I asked about putting the mats in place, the employees could not understand me, they did not speak English. For this I paid $25. I sent my son to this carwash as I know two men who frequent it. They paid eighteen dollars. $18.00!! They charged my charge card FIFTY FIVE DOLLARS, $55.00, for a regular car wash! They saw a young person and took advantage! The car was not even properly cleaned! I called FIVE TIMES, they claimed there was no manager and no one spoke english??? It's a disgrace that a thriving business would steal and lie. In conclusion, no one speaks English, there is no manager and I paid $55.00 for an inferior carwash, over three times the actual price!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR GO BACK THERE! I will be reporting them to the BBB and any agency that may govern them. Sad world we live in!! Dishonest thieves. I have the receipt, but since there's no manager ... so I paid $55.00 for a dirty car. read more

Idk where to start.. I went there last Saturday to get a detail car wash. I paid almost 60 dollars and took the receipt, and back of the receipt says they're not responsible for any damages... as I was reading it the guy came out with my mirror in his hand.. they said they're sorry and I asked why wouldn't they close the mirrors at the first place. The answer was "well it happened we can't do anything at this point." I was so disappointed since I saw all the wires were out and my car was damaged. They offer to replace it if I only go to their body shop. They finally fixed it but I had to call them everyday to remind that they needed to order my part. The funny thing they didn't even refund my money for the car wash. read more

Hastily vacuumed, didn't clean the cupholders or console, left the backseat dirty. I have a dog so there's pet hair that needs to be cleaned and they barely cleaned. Outside is nice but definitely just buy the minimum package because they are only going to do a minimum job. The full detail they offer is good but its either that or minimum. Wont be back read more

This place was usually alright but it was beyond horrible and offensive today. I was trying to redeem a car wash through my app and there was an issue with the internet. The cashier told me I should get LTE instead of 5G, there was another old guy standing next to him blocking half of the counter and chatting with him, he started saying things like my internet wasn't working because I didn't pay for my phone bill, if I get internet service like his, it would be as fast as sex. When I went to pick up my car, I couldn't find my car key. While I was looking for my key in the pouring rain, one of the workers was still wiping the inside of my car. I asked them where my key was and they seemed clueless, then one of them finally remembered they didn't give me my car key. The worker working on my car left the door wild open in the pouring rain and left his spray bottle on the driver's seat. I asked if he's done and he didn't realize he left things in my car. I had to walk back and forth in the rain to give him his bottle. The inside of my car door was covered with rain water completely, I had to ask for a rag to wipe off the rain water myself. read more

I paid for the "Best" car wash and got the worst. I just left and saw that my car is still plenty dirty. This is sooooo disappointing...left a good-faith tip and everything. Terrible! And they were not busy - I went right when they opened so there is no excuse of being busy. read more

I didn't know where to go so I went here since it was closer to my house. I wasn't expecting much, but I did expect my car to be clean after all, that's the whole point of a car wash right? As I pulled up to choose which wash option I wanted to get, I asked the guy what the difference was. He had a paper in hand so I looked at it and chose "The Best." And this was the result (attached photo of unclean spots), I'm not very pleased with it considering that I paid $19 for just a wash and vacuum basically and even tipped (it was awkward cause after my car was washed, the guy just stared at me as if waiting for me to tip). read more

They do an ok job cleaning. It's not that hard to vacuum down a car. The men who you see first when you get out of your car are all rude. They're exchanging snide glances at each other, while conversing in Spanish. It doesn't help that I'm a woman, and whenever I even walk by that side of the street, they call out to me, whistle, and shout things at me in Spanish. It makes me so uncomfortable to be there to the point where I always cross the street, even if I have to be on the other side. I reported the catcalling to the manager at the premises. I doubt they'll do anything because the men will say, "it was all a joke" or "we're just playing around". I just want them to stop. read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Went last Friday around 3:00pm...paid for the best wash they had. These lazy bums did nothing. Open my doors, and there was dirt all along the sides. "The best" is not the best at all, go somewhere else and your car will be cleaner. I understand some parts of my car are slightly harder to reach so the wax and wipers might not clean the best there, but it was straight up dirty. The workers definitely saw what the carwash couldn't reach, but didn't even try to clean it. read more

My car was still dirty after the wash. They also left white finger or hand prints on the back seat. I'm glad I didn't pay extra to have the additional services like rainX. They need to do a better job cleaning the inside of the car for their standard wash like the inside of windows and doors and the seats. Their vacuum was weak and did not pick up grains of sand from the beach. I would not go here even if you are near by, running errands. Listen to the reviews. read more

The workers seem to be getting few if any tips from what I see in the tip jar. This may be that some workers are countering the hard working ones. Perhaps if they cleaned the interior windows without you needing to check and go back to ask if they did it they would fare better. One time I went to manager and complained the windows looks like they were not even touched and he just told me to tell a worker to do it. He didn't check and didn't apologize that despite a customer paying for the most expensive car wash (the "best") that they didn't even vacuum the cup holders or clean the windows. They also use the same brushes to wash your rims as well as the paint if the car. This is different from some other washes that use one brush for wheels and one for body of the car. I made the mistake of buying a pre-paid card and will not do it again. All 3 times I have gone the windows were not cleaned and I felt as if I was a burden being there to some of the employees. Additionally they charged the pre-paid card 2x in one visit. They fixed it but only after I noticed the issue. read more

I usually get the best package and they are amazing 90% of the time. But this time i noticed they were rushing to close they didnt brush my rims which they always do.
