They knew what I required just by giving them my car registration number (very impressive) but what surprised me even more is they had sourced the window from there local supplier, gave me an appointment time of 4pm to which there engineer arrived - installed it by 5pm and left. Autoglass really could take a leaf out of this company's customer service book. Admiral only use Autoglass which is very poor as they seem to dictate when they'll do the repair (6 day wait) but on the plus side my insurers will reimburse me the £916 I've paid out....I would recommend eurowindscreens to everyone you won't be disappointed.
