There's a menu board for drink specials; I ordered the seasonal Snowberry, a concoction of water, raspberry, coconut, and vanilla. They offer many soda and water combos. ai recommend looking at menu before you go i ordered 3 cookies, all gluten free: a lemon tart,ca lemon raspberry, and the namesake twisted sugar. The Twisted Sugar is a sugar cookie with a coconut lime frosting. The coconut is likely extract and has a bitter aftertaste. Not my favorite despite loving coconut. The lemon tart was lemony and quite good. My favorite was the lemon with raspberry swirl. Really nice combo of tart and sweet. The cookies themselves aren't overly sweet; the frosting adds the sweet. Fun little stop for a little treat The gals working were very nice and helpful.

Just as a heads up if any management sees this, you might wanna make sure whoever's making those doesn't just randomly throw walnuts in there- could turn out pretty bad for folks with allergies and wouldn't be a great look for yall.

It was definitely not the night we had planned, but we decided we weren't going to let it ruin the entire evening. So naturally, we decided ice cream was the answer! We had previously tried to go to Clementine's off Mason Road, but the line was literally out the door. Since the Lake St. Louis location was closer to home, we decided to head there instead, and I'm so glad we did. There was no line when we arrived, and we were able to get right in. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They let us sample different flavors, and they even noticed our Savannah Bananas shirts and asked if we had just come from the game. When we explained that we had unfortunately missed it, they were so sympathetic and told us that ice cream makes everything better. Honestly, she wasn't wrong! One friend got the gooey butter cake, and I ordered two scoops: salted caramel cookies and cream and milk chocolate. The salted caramel is my absolute favorite, and it did not disappoint. Both flavors were delicious. Our other friend ordered the cherry slush and said it was amazing. I also love that Clementine's has both "naughty" and "nice" flavors, with the naughty options incorporating alcohol. After the kind of night we had, it was definitely tempting to consider a naughty flavor! The best part was honestly just how nice it felt to have such a positive experience after such a crappy night. The staff was friendly, there was no waiting, we got to try flavors, and we ended the evening with a delicious sweet treat and some laughs with friends. Sometimes things don't go according to plan, but a good scoop of ice cream and great customer service can definitely help turn the night around. Clementine's was the perfect way to cap off a very unexpected evening!

I decided to venture away from my usual turtle and try something different this time. I ordered a Jackhammer, which is kind of like a Blizzard or concrete. I went with the Rico Suave, which is vanilla frozen custard with Oreos and toasted pecans, with hot fudge in the center. It was good, but honestly, I think I should have stuck with my usual order! My biggest issue was that the hot fudge in the center wasn't really mixed throughout, so I didn't feel like I was getting as much of it as I would have liked. I also felt like there weren't quite as many toppings as I usually get with a sundae. One bonus was that I got a reusable plastic cup, which I thought was a fun little perk. The staff was super friendly, as always, and the line moved incredibly fast. Even though this particular treat didn't become my new favorite, I'll definitely be back. Next time, though, I'm probably going straight back to my trusty turtle!

The area to the left by the window has merchandise for purchase while tables and chairs are on the right hand side. They also have outdoor tables to sit outside when the weather is nice (we did.) It's not a true ice cream shop experience if you don't have a couple samples which we did! I'm not too much of a sweets person and I like that they had different options for those with a sweet tooth and those like me who prefer more of a balanced flavor. They also have vegan options which is not something you usually see. We both opted for an affogato and I HIGHLY recommend! We chose a scoop of the biscoff ice cream to go into the warm espresso. It was the perfect treat with the slight bitterness and warmth of the espresso paired with the cold, creamy, sweet biscoff flavor. It was the perfect way to end the day and a little kick of an afternoon pick me up too. I'll definitely be back around to pick a new flavor to try in an affogato
