Here is our management team that has made it their mission to serve small business owners Vish Sastry Rachakonda (CEO) Sastry Rachakonda serves as the CEO of Small Biz Express. He was previously the head Small Business Card area at Discover Financial, which he started in 2005. Prior to that, Sastry worked for eight years in American Express holding positions in Consumer, Internet and Small Business groups. In his last position, he was Vice President of Acquisition at OPEN - the small business division of American Express. Mercedes Lopez Arratia (CMO) Mercedes Lopez Arratia serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of Small Biz Express. Previously she worked for American Express for twelve years, within the Advertising and Branding, Small Business and the Internet groups. In her last position, Mercedes was the Vice President of American Express Interactive (AXPi) managing the online marketing and sales experience for US Consumer and Small Business Cards.
