At first, I was a little nervous because the center was extremely new and there wasn't really a lot of feedback yet from other parents to ease my mind. Never mind the fact that this is my first child and I was terrified to put her in daycare because of all those horror stories you hear. First time mom syndrome to the full extent. Anyway, we were on a waiting list for a "high end" daycare center, but, I wanted to put her in a program relatively quickly and Tweetle Beetles seemed like a great place. The center was extremely clean and I liked the security measures they had in place. Not to mention, the app they use where I get constant updates about my child throughout the day is THE best thing since sliced bread. I had a pleasant experience with all the women I met there when I went to tour; Their demeanors and vibes were the kind that make you comfortable - the kind where you just breathe out an enormous sigh of relief because you know your kid's in good hands. It was the reassurance I needed to make the jump. And I'm so glad I did! My daughter thoroughly enjoys "going to school" now. No, the food they serve isn't organic, non-gmo, vegan, etc which is what I thought I wanted... But, then I realized that isn't what matters to me at all, especially whe she was still being fed healthy and reasonable snacks. What mattered is my child has fun, I know her teachers care about her and show her love, and it's nice to be somewhere so laid back and easygoing with awesome staff. I fell in love with this center so much that when the "high end" daycare called me to tell me that they had an opening, I politely declined. My daughter has been thriving since attending this center and I couldn't ask for anything more. Give Tweetle Beetles a chance if you're looking for quality childcare at extremely competitive rates. She explained how they had cameras in every room and many other safety precautions they have. The other thing I loved was that they were very advanced with technology. The rooms are all equipped with tablets and parents get live updates on their children and what they did during the day. The staff was very professional and engaged with the children. There are two good things about this school…read more.. Okay, there's probably more than that but there's definitely two that I know of for sure. 1. Ms. Vivian is probably dead and therefore no longer part of their staff. She was evil incarnate when she was working here (I should know, I had her for kindergarten). How the physical abuses got past the administration are beyond me, but this was a different time, and she was horrible. 2. Ms. Cook no longer works here either. She was a redheaded demon. No, seriously. I corrected her on her grammar when I was 12 or so (Mr. Matthews was a good English teacher) and she pretty much tried to shoot me with flaming arrows. Ever since then she would make up random things about me that were totally untrue just to get me in trouble. I hope she's dead too, really. Anyways, there still were plenty of great teachers here in my day; Mr. Matthews, Ms. Green, Ms. Ehardt, etc. But none of them work here now either. I guess since most of this stuff is irrelevant now, it's probably not very helpful. However, if you are considering sending your kids here for the Christian aspect I should tell you, they also did such a good job of teaching me to think independently that I experimented with Pagan beliefs in high school and definitely became an Atheist in college.

We were able to book CAPEC months in advance, which gave us the peace of mind to book the trip knowing that we had reliable child care in place for the night of the wedding. The reservation process was smooth and easy. I spoke to Ebony by phone and she explained her services and confirmed that she could accommodate the size of our group. Once we decided to book CAPEC, we received a link to fill out all the necessary information online (i.e. allergy information and emergency contacts for each child). We then received a written agreement laying out all the terms and information we needed to plan ahead. Given that we had a large group of six kids, Ebony brought a second staff member, Yolaunda. The two of them came very well prepared with plenty of toys and activities for the kids to play with. As soon as they arrived at the hotel they had the kids engaged with bubbles, balloons, and musical instruments. They also did a great job of comforting/distracting the kids so that the parents could slip out without causing a meltdown. Throughout the evening Ebony texted us updates and pictures of the kids playing and enjoying themselves, which was very reassuring and put our minds at ease so we could enjoy the wedding festivities. When we got back to the hotel at midnight all of the kids were fast asleep. The next morning the kids told us how much fun they had with Ebony and Yolaunda, which is really the best feedback you can get. Thank you Ebony, Yolaunda and Children At Play Event Childcare! They couldn't make time for all the kids and most of the times half of the kids were crying and the teachers were busy with the other ones. There are other staff coming into the room regularly that I specifically didn't like specially in this Covid situation (one of them walked into the room with shoes on and mask under her nose!). Although my son just went there for 1 day and I notified them in the middle of the first day that we want to withdraw, they charged us for 3 weeks!

There has been a consistent reaction after I make any complaints, and attempt to enforce rules for my family that are not apart of my agreement. Each time I address a situation that I am dissatisfied with, shortly after The Director and District Leader either unenroll or threaten to unenroll my daughter. It's a terrible situation to be in as a single parent who requires consistent care for my child and has grown to trust my child's teachers. The Kindercare policy is clear and is apart of the reason I chose a franchise provider like KinderCare with its higher costs over a local business. Currently my payment is ONE DAY late which has not been an issue many times (this center has a late fee that I pay whenever it is charged and a policy that states a child will be unenrolled after a payment is MORE than 14 DAYS past due) Every time we discuss my agreement they talk in circles as if following their own policies is making an exception. Although I have trusted them with my child for more than a year if at any point they break their policy I have no resources and it takes days to reach a resolution. As most parents know daycares have waitlists that are months long which puts my employment in danger if my child is unenrolled abruptly. Also, I would be forced to take my child away from teachers who love and nurture her if she is kicked out of her center because of higher ups. After breaking my enrollment agreement in July, The District Leader came up with a set of rules for my family only. I told her in no uncertain terms her rules are not in my enrollment agreement and won't work for my family and yet she is still trying to enforce them. Her "recap of what will be needed" is not an agreement just another bully tactic that completely dismissed our conversation and the enrollment agreement, sent via email hours after we actually spoke. If you want an agreement you can trust and a center that doesn't take issue with you respectfully addressing concerns about your child look you may want to look elsewhere. Here's the actual policy in my enrollment agreement alongside what the leadership at KinderCare is trying to revise for my family.
