There's something about grocery-shopping that is comforting for me. I can spend an hour or two just rolling my cart through aisles and aisles of different products and feel immediately relaxed. I hope this isn't a sign that there's something wrong with me.
For our groceries at home, this is our shop of choice. The building is huge, with the supermarket occupying the whole second floor. On the ground floor are BDO, Watson's, HMR, David's Salon, and LBC, among others.
What I like about SM Hypermarket is it has everything: appliances, electronics, clothes, shoes, toys, furniture, houseware and kitchenware, pet supplies, school supplies, and of course, groceries.
This particular branch also has a section for bulk buyers of restaurant and baking ingredients and equipment. Across the cash registers, it has a counter for bills payment, as well as some food stalls like Pao-Tsin. read more
