He was able to modify the burger with mozzarella and marinara sauce instead of fried breaded mozzarella. It was wonderful! The handcut fries were yummy. They have a condiment/salsa bar too. Before leaving, I suggested that they put on their menu somewhere that GF options are available. He told me when they started, one kid was coming in weekly needing a GF bun. They tested many buns until they found this one that holds up well. We thought it tasted like a potato roll and was thrilled that it did not crumble at all!!
