I have needed his help on several occasions as it pertains to support payments and the such. I work in the healthcare industry, and similarly to those who are in law, time is always very limited, schedules (even large swaths of one's schedule) are very likely to change at the drop of a hat - despite how hectic my and Mr. Raie's schedules are/ever were, he has always been highly professional, effective, and knowledgeable. There were two instances where either the timing of proceedings was very limited (I was previous out of the country and when returning to the States, was informed of an upcoming court date). Even though he was not getting paid, Mr. Raie very graciously took time to speak with me personally, after hours, and helped to device a suitable course of action. Mr. Raie went so far as to reach out to several of his personal contacts in order to assure my legal needs were being met. This man is very helpful and his services were always very reasonable in price no matter what firm he was working at. There have been multiple occasions where I was leaving the hospital late (later than 10pm), and still Mr. Raie made himself available, never charged me for a freakin phone call nor text message nor email (which is basically unheard of in 2023/2024 when talking about the legal industry). Fantastic service and fantastic value and I definitely recommend Soleiman Raie, Esq to my friends and family. Legal stuff is ALWAYS expensive, but you really get good "bang for your buck" if you will, with Mr. Raie. Furthermore, I would respectfully disagree with that other longer review - I don't believe it is at all fair to give someone's services a one star, specifically if you have never even used the service. That person should have just not left a positive review, not the very detrimental one star when it is absolutely NOT an honest REVIEW of the legal services which this lawyer/law firm provides. I should add, if ever there was a legal matter covering an aspect of law that Soleiman Raie was not well-versed in, he very happily would take the time to make sure I got connected with someone who did specialize in the particular topic. So I called them and sure enough the young lady who answers the phone said that they are Philadelphia Private Gym. So I get the owners info and call to talk to him. And he said they have many places and yes one of them is Philadelphia Private Gym. So I explained I own that name and have it trade marked also. I have used Wood & Floge office for legal maters in the past. So I called Bob D. and he convinced the people using my name to stop doing it.

If I could give Michael zero stars, I would. I retained him as my divorce lawyer for over a year…read more Every time I talked to him, it was like he was reviewing my case for the first time. We had to spend time continuously reviewing the case. My wife's lawyer was playing games to extend the divorce proceedings, and cost me more money. The "great advice" he gave me was to leave my house, rent an apartment, and stop paying my mortgage. The mortgage on the house was in my name only. The ex wife had no obligation to pay it. If I took his advice I would have ruined my credit, and my kids would have been homeless and would have hated me. Near the end of the whole ordeal we were set to meet with a court appointed negotiator to finalize the details of the case. I contacted my ex-wife, her lawyer, and my lawyer, Michael Kuldiner, and told them what I would agree to before we went before the court. The day of the meeting, my wife's lawyer said she would agree to the parameters I had sent in the email. Michael had no idea why the opposing lawyer was agreeing to the parameters of the divorce. She chuckled when she told him that his client, me, had emailed all parties two (2) weeks ago with the list. It was the list of parameters I had given him to negotiate for over a year. The only thing that he was up to date on were the bills to pay him for his "services". I could not recommend finding a different lawyer other than Michael Kuldiner more if you ever need a divorce attorney.
