I specifically told him to only trim the tips and keep the length. Instead, he took off way too much and practically left me bald. What makes it worse is that I gave him $60 because I'm from California and wanted to show appreciation for the service. Big mistake. The haircut was nothing close to what I asked for. I have a ridiculous amount of cowlicks in my hair and between the clippers and shears, Ben took care of my hair so good that when I left, I was 100% satisfied! I moved here 12 years ago and since then only one person has been able to get my hair right, and he moved to Dallas several years ago, so it's super refreshing to know I can go somewhere to get my hair done exactly the way I want. Highly recommended!

Worst experience-worst haircut in my life…read more Had a 3:00 pm appointment. Arrived at 3. Two hairstylists present. I was told Lynlee would be ready in 10 minutes. At 3:30 another customer comes in and is immediately seated with the other stylist. I asked if I was on candid camera or something? Then Lynlee still has to shampoo and style the first guys hair. He was a decent guy-who paid for my haircut( crazy, because the way Lynlee butchered my hair I would not have paid for it. ) Evidently, she was mad that I didn't like waiting for 45 minutes after my appointment time for my appointment. Lynlee doesn't listen and cannot transfer info from a picture. After not listening and starting to blend the high buzz up another two inches to get rid of the line I asked for, I stopped her and asked her if that is what she was doing. She went ahead and gave me the old Bert and Ernie. Which was probably her plan all along. Then was rude about it. " Maybe you should learn how to ask for what you want!"
