Greg and Caleb were totally clutch! I called about 10 different places in a bit of a last minute scramble to find a bounce house for a party and they were the most professional and easiest to work with - by far! They were super helpful, did great with the delivery way out to our ranch, and everything worked great. We had to juggle our plans a bit due to COVID and needed to find a way to make staying at the vacation rental for our smaller than planned family gathering special and engaging for the whole family (and extended family). Now that we needed to stay on the property I had to scramble to pull it all together. I appreciated the timely communication. The value pricing and the willingness to work with the property manager to makes sure the inflatable would meet the property requirements. I've rented bounce houses from 3 other bounce house companies in the past, and SLO Bounce Co is the best place to rent from by far. I really appreciated their professionalism and their great communication. Greg responded promptly when I initially contacted them & when SLO Parks & Rec requested that I provide the Bounce house company insurance (they were already in the system). I liked how there was an online contract and an easy way to pay online (versus wanting cash on the day of the event & no contract) and a fair payment system - a $50 deposit at the beginning and full payment a few days prior to the event.  Caleb and another staff person actually came 10 minutes earlier than the time range he gave to set-up and provided extra fuel for the generator just in case (we didn't need it).  The bounce house slide was clean when it arrived, and the kids were fully entertained for 3 hours straight.  As it was very windy the day of the party, they used extra long stakes to make sure the slide would not be going anywhere - and indeed it stayed put the whole time. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a bounce slide/house. read more
