I come in often after a workout to get some delicious caffeine that makes me feel refreshed and energized, any one of Tracy's yummy and healthy shakes that leaves me feeling satisfied, and I also come for the good vibes. Tracy is a thoughtful host, generous with her knowledge and her uplifting energy and an equally wonderful person who I've grown to be good friends with. She's created a warm atmosphere and has attracted a special community here in Newport that I always look forward to returning to. Thank goodness I found this adorable shake shop, hidden in a nondescript plaza right next to a Stop n' Shop supermarket. The menu is extensive and impressive, and even though the shakes sound decadent, they are actually healthy and packed with protein - just what you need to fuel up before tackling a jaunt to Cliff Walk or cool down after a run on Bellevue Avenue.
