The grass was cut, I was happy with the service, and I continued my service until the fall. This year when I called to resume service ( for the 3rd year), I was told they might not be able to provide service because they could not get my grass "as low as I would like it". I spoke with the owner Kristen last Thursday and told her I didn't mind the height so she agreed to come out and cut the grass on Mon or Tues. On today, Tuesday, I was called and told they would not provide service because they were questioned about the grass that one time. This obviously did not make sense, so when questioned about it Kristen gave the excuse that the guy who cuts grass for was "offended" when asked to go over part of the yard that looked uneven. As the paying customer, I thought that was my right to question services I receive. Also, she waited until the last minute to notify me when I could have set up services with someone else. One critique of the yard, which was resolved over a year ago, now I'm being refused service. This makes me feel this decision was racially motivated. This service is unprofessional and the grass cutters are unable to take constructive criticism. You better not question them for the service you pay for or they will refuse to cut your yard. Beware.

We had an issue with this company which is a company we have used for years and have always paid on…read moretime and in full every month. I told them once, and again yesterday, that their employees were using a weed whacker to cut our lawn. Now, our yard is a small city-sized yard but not small enough to necessitate using a weed whacker. In fact before we starting using them we always used a lawn mower. Our issue was that when they use a weed whacker it doesn't cut the lawn fully and within a few days it was back to the length it was when they "cut it" with the weed whacker. They also, consistently moved bins around to get in our back gate and never put them back. Today I received a response to my last complaint and the response was , "...moving forward please find a new lawn service." Again, we are long-time customers and paid timely and in full and this is the way they correct this issue. Not by correcting their problem and make long-time customers happy but to basically drop them. This is a very, very poor way to handle a business. We are very dissatisfied.

All along the back of my house was a shady, weedy mess and thanks to Dave's team it's neat, tidy and ready for some shade plants next spring. Dave was easy to work with as far as getting an estimate, scheduling and follow-up. The two guys who did the work were meticulous, timely and so very nice to deal with. I'm happy about a lot of things to do with this job, but especially impressed with how well the pavers were installed. The guys dug a channel, added a bunch of aggragate and carefully fitted in the pavers at an angle (to prevent the decorative rock from falling out). The back turned out so nice (and in budget) that I decided to do the front now instead of waiting till spring. Once again I was pleased with the pricing and quality of work.

We contacted them by email and text to ask someone to stop by and take a look as well as to find out what kind of herbicide they applied to our lawn. So far no one showed up. The tragic browning of our lawn could have been avoided should the crew have professional common sense regarding lawn care and they should have advised us to postpone the treatment.
