We asked them to replace them and got no response on the first try and a-I will see what I can do-on the second and that is the last we heard. I would never recommend them to anyone. In the case of my yard, manual raking and disturbing the soil just enough for good seed contact were part of the recommended treatment. Fifteen pounds of seed and 23 days of watering later, my lawn was looking pretty good. On the one hand, the price was a bit high for the size of my lawn. On the other hand, there was no pressure to take on additional services on a recurring basis, and the results were very good. PS.: Darn my luck that the day after reseeding, Charter dug up three holes in my lawn to run new cable through the neighborhood. The little bare islands scar my new green ocean.
