Only a couple of hundred for some of the beds and mattress combos - you're guaranteed to make a stealing if you're willing to overlook some minor quality issues. The range is large as well - older style wooden beds, metal frames, succinct pine furniture and even some novelty and interesting shaped beds. The service was friendly, and when I said I was 'just looking' she believed me and backed off, giving me space. A decent little place.

I have never bought anything from there, because on the two occasions that I wanted to buy something they were the most expensive shop. I saved £130 on a bed and another £120 on bunk beds for my children by going elsewhere both times. Make sure you wear a suit and tie when you go there. The first time I went, I wore jeans and a t shirt and was ignored for 20 minutes, with people coming in after me getting served first. The next time I went, I wore a suit and the roles were reversed and I jumped the queue.

Oh the irony: for a bed shop called 'Dreams', this placed turned out to be a total NIGHTMARE!…read more I went shortly after opening time and walked in to find all but one of the staff congregated near the till, lolling on the beds and watching one of the display TVs on a bed. Unfortunately, that was just the start of the whole nightmarish episode.... 1. I gave one of the bed's headboards a wiggle to gauge its sturdy-ness, only to be bellowed at by a young lad by the till saying "Don't worry, it's a solid head board. Don't forget that at home it'll have the wall behind it supporting it" - err... what?! Surely, a decent head board wouldn't need to be supported by a solid wall? 2. After being shown around all of the selection (which was good, I have to admit) and trying out the variety of mattresses, I decided that I would chew over the information at home. Unfortunately, the salesman wasn't happy that I wouldn't tell him which of the ones I'd seen I was interested in and kept saying "but which one did you like" about 3 times. 3. I needed to buy some pillowcases and found a pack of two that were clearly labelled £6.99. I picked up two packs and took them to the till. I tried to pay with cash, but they didn't have any change. I gave them my card only to see that he'd charged me £7 on the hand-written receipt (it wasn't like he'd scanned it and it had come up at £7). He just had decided to charge me more. 4. Whilst I'd been looking around the linen department, I saw a fitted sheet that had a handwritten sale sticker on it saying £12.99. I then noticed that the full price printed sticker under this one read £12. So not only were they trying to pass off items as being reduced, which there weren't. There were also marking-up items from their original price. Both of which are against trading law. If the whole situation hadn't been so awful, I could have imagined that I was on the set of a comedy show like The Office, but set in a bed showroom. Benson's for Beds is right next door, my advice is to go there. We did and we were very happy.

I waited ten days for delivery of bed not bad as ordered over christmas! however then when I came to asemble the bed there were parts missing the parts were ment to be already fitted to the bed frame so that I could fit the loose parts delivered onto the frame myself. I was staight on phone and after waiting nearly 15 mins to speak to someone was assured parts would be dispatched to my store asap I requested (should have been offered) free assembly as a thank you. Called next day to be told parts were on way. Called store manager knew nothing about it,waited 2 days called main office was told wrong parts were ordered and that I would have to wait until in stock and that would be another week and a half. The customer service standard was terrible the waiting time awful and I would never order again from them nor would I recomend them to anyone.

They also delivered a 6 inch mattress which was £160 cheaper than the one I ordered. They have been promising a replacement mattress since 11/02/2026 and had me wait in all evening last night for delivery but never came and are now ignoring my calls/texts and emails!! They have literally ripped me off for £160.

Suddenly a week later after having promised they will exchange the sofa they told me "it was not our fault and we wont exchange it" This is a SCAM! when there is an issue, they don't keep their word and don't want to be held responsible. They even told me the sofa will have real leather which it clearly isn't. I have a witness and pictures of the damage. Its funny how they have so many phone numbers yet when they let it ring they all go to the same answer machine being the "claims department" and they never seem to be in office. I have contacted the Police Fraud department and the Consumer goods. Legal procedure pending and ongoing.
