Everything seemed fine at the time. I took my dogs to them Saturday morning to drop them off, and there was a sign on the door saying they were short staffed and would be closed. I had not received a call or any kind of notification whatsoever and was supposed to be leaving town for our vacation. I understand that things happen but they have my name and number and knew that I had a boarding reservation and they should have called and let us know something was going on so we could make other arrangements. I am sitting there over an hour watching as people come and go. I finaly get up and ask when theres only one other person in waiting area whats up? They FORGOT to sign me in... Ok I keep my cool the man goes in the back to ask what to do. Im expecting to be put in front of all the other dogs I saw go by while waiting hearing they need baths and full body shaves...I had an appointment, its like a 2 to 3 minute thing....and they FORGOT to sign me in right? oh no. he comes back sorry we are fully booked and since we FORGOT to sign you in we took others ahead of you. You can leave her here and we will get to her before we close. No. Anyone who has a cat knows how stressful it is for them to be brought to the vet you want her to wait and suffer for hours over a 2 to 3 minute shave? The professional thing to do at that point would be to say im sorry we fucked up to make it right we will quickly see your cat shave her and you can pay and go; not sorry you and your cat will suffer for our mistake. Train your people, it is common sense in business to right your wrongs, which could have been easily fixed in this issue. Not sure how they are with regular vet visits but their people/business skills are horrid.

Bark Porch was the only groomer that was responsive to phone calls, was polite, and figured out a way to fit our pup in. The business is clean, efficient, and so kind. They were able to give our Ginger a great cut, and enjoyed her. As an Aussie, this takes a different kind of patience, and they promptly scheduled us for another appointment to keep her on schedule. For COVID-19, the business and staff where face masks, adheres to no contact (you take the collar and leash with you), and only allows one person in the store front at a time. The parking situation is difficult, so be prepared to navigate a tight parking spot. My favorite part is that they text you a picture of your pup when there are finished (see the photo)!! This is a top notch groomer that is personable and provides excellent service.

He has the absolute best prices. The ladies and other there all love animals. If you think your pet will need anything that uses advanced equipment like for eyes go to a place that has newer machines and equipment. Dr Weber is for general pet needs. I have a good relationship with him like most of his customers. I take all mine there and have had nothing but success. They are there in the mornings but the Dr. comes in at 10 or so. So if want to save money and have time, he is for you! If you are busy and rushed and so on, go somewhere else.

Both dogs had a vaccine resistant kennel cough and had not been treated for it, one dog had pneumonia. I chose this place because it had a veterinary clinic attached and was assured my pets would be seen if needed. This definitely was not the case. I spent 3X the amount I spent on boarding trying to save my dogs from what they caught at this facility. The vet at the emergency care mentioned the volume of animals at the facility was probably a contributing factor. Never again! Don't be fooled by this new and modern looking place.

That means it is very hard to deal with at a Vet office. The owner met me one day and said, "Bring Otis in during your walk. We will give him treats and he can get familiar with our place. I did just that, and Otis started to take me to the front door so he could see his new friends (unbelievable) and get treats. This morning, I took Otis in for an actual visit with the Vet. A vet assistant was educated in these kinds of dogs. She educated me, gave me some sedatives for the next visit and explained that these small bullies are simply like this sometimes. Otis got a shot for the flu (I highly recommend) stool sample, heart and teeth checked. He also got a q-tip in the ear. I had to hold him tight, but it was fine. The staff showed calm professionalism. The facility is pristine, and the parking is plentiful. They have day care, VIP Day care and boarding. Amazing place and so nice for us. I highly recommend.

We had an older dog that was struggling to breathe and we took her to steel city vets late one night. They took her back almost immediately and the staff there was absolutely incredible. There was not much they could do for her, but they broke down our options and were incredibly kind and helpful while we made some hard decisions. They kept her overnight and ultimately we had to decide to let her go, But the staff was so wonderful! They were kind and thoughtful, took paw prints and a nose print of her. They also arranged for cremation services through a company they partner with. I cannot recommend these amazing people enough, and if you ever need help in a hurry, you should definitely check them out.
