They told me they had lines they considered good, better and best, and among their best was Flexsteel! We made a few trips, thinking and figuring and had a fantastic sales person. She seemed to hit all the important notes and answered all our questions. After delivery one of the recliner sections wasn't working properly and they send someone to fix it. Here we are just over 4 years from purchase and this is their BEST couch! The finish has worn off on the headrest on one side, the foam in the arm has completely broken down and the non surface vinyl is pealing! I reached out to flexsteel. They sent me to Coconis. I reached out to Coconis and they said no furniture manufacturer warrants upholstery for more than a year and the extend warranty that I paid for would only cover such this as my dog chewing it up!! Coconis also tol me furniture only lasts 5-7 years! my grandfather was in the furniture business. Some of the furniture he sold is still beautiful! I know that was 60+ years ago but have we devolved that far? I bought leather because I DO have dogs. I bought leather because it SHOULD be durable. After the passing the buck that flexsteel did, and the attitude and the shrug of the shoulders pretty much saying I was SOL, I can neither recommend or endorse Flexsteel or Coconis! I know there is quality furniture out there and I'll find it, but my advice is avoid flexsteel and Coconis Furniture. Please share this so everyone can avoid Flexsteel and Coconis.

I purchased a sofa and loveseat from this store on 12/18/2020. They told me that, due to COVID-19, they are out of stock and told me that the love seat would be delivered on 01/27/2021. I actually got that on time. The sofa, however, they told me would be delivered on 02/23/2021. Mid-February, they called me and told me that they were pushing it out to 03/19/2021. I told them that I would not be available on that day because, ya know, people have to work for a living. The next day they have available is 03/24/2021. I said fine, what time? I get off work at 8am and want to make sure I'm home in time to get it. They said, "Well, that's 3 weeks away and we don't route trucks that far out. The warehouse will call you on that Monday and if you're not free at the time they give, you'll have to reschedule it." Seriously? You have already pushed this out a month past your original time frame and you're telling me that you can't give me a time frame for delivery? Now, if I don't stay home all day to make sure I'm here when you deliver it, I have to reschedule it for even further out? I paid $1,625.91 for this set. Now that they have my money, they don't want to deliver on the promises they made to get it to me in a timely fashion. This was a new setup for a new place and I have been without a living room suite for over two months now. The salesman was nice, the furniture quality is good, and the prices are okay. But, if you want your stuff in anywhere near a decent timeframe, I'd suggest that you shop somewhere else!
