We…read morerecently bought a queen-sized orthopedic EuroTop set to replace our 15-year-old mattress and box spring, and we're very happy with it. My husband and I tried out one bed after another in the Grandview showroom. Each display model had two pillows, and we were given disposable pillow protectors. At the foot of each bed was a display showing the inside of the mattress. At another store, I had a problem with lights shining in my eyes when I tried out the mattresses, but not here. Lighting was fine. Our salesperson, Rick Flynn, was fun and informative. We appreciated his help on the mattresses, but he gave us incorrect information about the contour-sheet style mattress protector. I was concerned it wouldn't be fully effective against dust mites because it didn't enclose the mattress. He insisted an OSU entomologist had told him covering the top and sides of the mattress was sufficient. I checked with my allergist the next day, and she confirmed that the only a fully-enclosed mattress is fully protected from dust-mites. When I returned to the store to tell Rick what the allergist had said, he did not appear surprised. Delivery and set-up went well. We will continue to buy our mattresses at OMF.

After it was put into the bed frame, I discovered that the mattress was much softer than it had felt in the store, so I called and spoke with Steve. He was remarkably polite and patient, spending a good 20-to-30 minutes on the phone until we figured out that I should have bought a set of box springs at the same time I bought the mattress. (My fault, not theirs.) Amazingly, he then offered to deliver the box springs to my house that same evening after he closed up the store, all for a surprisingly low price. As soon as he put the mattress on top of the box springs and I lay down on it, it was just as comfortable as it had felt in the store. He was a real lifesaver and I appreciated it tremendously. I chose Mack Mattress Outlet because it's a family-owned business that provides real service and this experience of mine show how true that is. I highly recommend this business.

When we first visited this location, we brought our teenage daughter to help us pick out a new bed for us. We were greeted very warmly by the manager and immediately started receiving the advice that you'd get from a close friend. He was very professional and very humorous. That, my friend, is a killer combination. As we looked around, we decided to check out the best beds in the house - the Temperpedics. Fortunately, they had 3 available to sample - one for each of us. Within minutes, we noticed that one of us wasn't declaring their delight out loud anymore. My daughter had fallen asleep! What did we do next? My wife and I continued shopping while our daughter slept away! It was so much fun watching all the shoppers stop and stare at her as they walked in the door! (Please don't call Family Services on us. We're good parents that just like to have fun!) Well, you guessed it - we bought a Temperpedic. How could we not? Then we came back a week later and bought another bed for our guest room (this time without our drowsy daugher). The prices were outrageous! Mack Mattress is known for their rock-bottom pricing. The prices are literally half of what you would pay in a retail store. (The Temperpedic was not a factory second though, but was priced very competitively.) Don't waste your time with any other mattress store until you check out Mack Mattress Outlet first! There is a location conveniently located near you. Don't pass up the opportunity of putting your children to sleep in a public store while you shop to your heart's content. Enjoy!

The salesperson directed me to a firm bed for some reason and he totally abandoned me and sat down in a chair. I stood there very confused. At the other 2 mattress stores I had visited earlier that day the staff stayed with me the entire time. They asked me questions and guided me towards the bed that fit my needs and printed out a quote to take with me. After standing there about a minute dumbfounded I simply walked out. The salesman did not say a word. Ookayyy?? I left wondering if that was an actual employee. Ultimately I ordered a Tempurpedic King Size bed at Costco online for $2,795 after I contacted Tempurpedic and all my questions were answered with no issues. I do not recommend Mattress Firm. I felt for the amount of money I was preparing to spend, I was not treated like a valued customer and if I am not worth their time then there are plenty of other mattress stores out there to chose from.

This is a really hard thing to review, (mostly since i need them to still be in business in 25…read moreyears) the issue with Mack Mattress is, what is a Mack Mattress? It's not like a Serta or Sealy, you can say those and everyone knows what those brand names are.. The Mack mattress is a clone or knock-off, but that doesn't really do it any favors. The problem is "what is a Mack Mattress?" It's a mattress that is US made in the same series line as the name brand, but.. Made better, better materials, better stitching, better internals, better colors, better textures, it's all around a better product. Then also none of the stupid tariffs, since it's made here, so it's more affordable, and a better product, so to say it's a clone or knockoff, really doesn't do it justice.. If anything it's the same colors as other brands, but a much better product. My mattresses replaced a 30 year old sealy and a 10 year old "original mattress factory" mattress, which was hot garbage. That is the mattress, but.. It's not just the mattress.. The Good: Mattresses we purchased were both incredibly well made. They were comfortable, and they have decent financing if needed. The "not great": The warranty, while hopefully not needed, if you do need it, there's a restocking fee that is in some cases is the same cost as the mattress itself. The problem with a mattress is until you sleep on it, you really can't tell if it is the best mattress for you, so you can end up wanting to exchange it, but while they offer an exchange option, it's not as good as many other brand name mattress options. I suggest you bring a set of sheets at minimal the bottom sheet, so you can tell how actual comfortable it is.. Otherwise this is a drawback of Mack Mattress. Verdict: I will buy another and will recommend them to anyone who likes to sleep comfortably, including all family members. All things considered this was a great experience..

My partner and I have made 3 separate purchases from Columbus Mattress Wholesale--an adjustable…read morebase, a mattress, and a bed frame/headboard--which were delivered on 7/18/21, 9/2/21, and 2/19/22, respectively. The adjustable base was in stock and purchased before 5 pm, so it was eligible for same-day delivery. The base boxes (along with all subsequent orders' boxes) were placed in our living room, which is 7 steps up from the front door in our split level home. We placed an order for the mattress at the same time we purchased the adjustable base. Expectations were set ahead of time that the delivery timeframe could vary by a few months based on manufacturer availability and order placement timing. We were pleasantly surprised when it arrived earlier than expected. We decided several months after our initial orders arrived that we wanted to purchase a bed frame that was compatible with our adjustable base. We inquired about placing a special order for one we found on the manufacturer's website, and about 2 months later it arrived. 1 of the 3 total boxes--which contained the slide out drawers for the bed frame--had mistakenly not been dropped off along with the headboard and frame. The owners delivered the forgotten box in their personal vehicle. Every step of our experience with Columbus Mattress Wholesale was objectively fantastic. The rapport in our business-client relationship was built entirely through genuine interactions. No one ever used the false sense of urgency manipulation tactic that nearly every other mattress store we visited prior attempted on us. Everyone was friendly, but not in a beguiling way. Our experience was so serendipitous that--not only have we become lifelong loyalists--we have and will continue to recount our exceptional experience to friends in the market for a new mattress.
