We feel like he was stalking us and he was very creepy. Needless to say, we left and it's a shame, because we were really looking forward to checking the store out. If that's how other salesman act, If we go in again, we wont come back. We did notice another couple came in, and there was a salesman keeping his eye on them, but he was keeping an eye on them from pretty far away. He wasn't creepy! Stop stalking customers Chris!!

Here's for those in the Southern Tier who might want to know about a great place I discovered to…read moreshop for an update to their home: My Aunt lives in the Corning-Elmira Area. I now live in Arizona. She called me, wanting my opinion, explaining she wanted new window treatments for her entire house. Her nearby department store quoted the cost to be several thousand dollars. After hearing what she would be getting, I told her the price was outrageous. I was determined to find her a better option. I found a great option for her: I personally spoke to Dale Betts at Budget Blinds. He was informative about the services and installation he offers and said that he would go to my Aunt's home to give her a quote. After speaking with Dale, I had total confidence he would be able to offer my Aunt great suggestions and options for window treatments for her home. My Aunt was impressed with Dale's ideas, and felt totally comfortable with him showing her countless options. (My Aunt loved that Dale was "not at all pushy") She had not previously considered shutters, and happily, that was her ultimate decision for all of the windows in her home. The shutters have refreshed her house giving it an updated look! The best part: for all of the windows in her home, she SAVED THOUSANDS over the department store quote. She couldn't be happier! Not only do these look amazing, they're more efficient to keep her home cool and warm for the changing seasons. All Shutters were expertly installed as part of the amazing service. I wanted to pass on my Aunt's extremely satisfied experience! Dale Betts at Budget Blinds covers Binghamton and the Southern Tier. I love the new look in my Aunt's home! I highly recommend calling Dale for a quote! The entire crew was very polite, organized, and hard-working throughout the entire process. The job was completed in two days, as promised; the crew was punctual and very neat. They carefully sorted items that could be reused and discarded what was trash. Chemicals and paint were taken to a special disposal site for hazardous waste. I felt that the entire process was done responsibly and professionally. I am very thankful to Estate Solutions Unlimited and recommend them without hesitation. --Kathy M, MD

I guess the first mistake we made was to show up to your showroom 20 minutes before closing (how…read moredare we. But you know, we work for a living and your business closes at 5PM!). The second mistake we made was to bring our kids to your precious showroom (again, how dare we. But you know, our kids are 5 and 2 and leaving them home alone is frowned upon). Just to clarify, our kids did NOT ill behave in your store. They did not run, they did not scream, they did not act up or destroy anything. But the moment they dared to sit (!) on one of your showroom toilets, they were reprimanded (!) by the lady sitting at the desk in the back. Gave her the benefit of the doubt she may have merely been concerned over their safety. A few minutes later, however, she did it again because my daughter dared to touch (!) the rocks in the showroom sink. Really, lady? It's a showroom, not a museum. None of your stuff was at risk at any point. Trust me, I'm the parent and I will watch and correct my kids if I deem it necessary. This, however, was absolutely disrespectful behavior on your part. Lost our business and do NOT recommend Frank Webb in Binghamton, NY to anyone, especially if you have kids.
