My husband and I decided to upgrade our old 3 foam queen tuck sleep number bed for the newer 360 adjustable king bed. We have a home in California and just bought our other one in Cowlitz County WA. We ordered our bed with the magnificent assistance from Jeff at the Camus location over the phone. That was an amazing experience. The hard reality was the delivery. Yes they called to inform our Son(who was waiting for the delivery for us) they'd be a hour late, from the already 2 hour window. As it turned out they were two hours late. They didn't even put the rubber furniture cups on the legs of the frame. Now we have doughnut holes in our new carpet and pad.I can't tell you if these delivery folks are independent contractors or are direct delivery folks for Sleep Number. Very disappointing. LIVE MY SLEEP NUMBER 360 THOUGH. Whish we got the pillows too. read more

Though the individuals in the store are nice, they sell a junk product. DO NOT BUY A SLEEP NUMBER. Have had mine less than 2 years and air pump went out. Warranty is only 1 year so now I am stuck spending more money on top of the 4k I initially spent. There is a reason they only give you a year warranty, they know they will break. So I either buy a new pump or haul to the dump, either way I have to spend more money on a $4,000 (and that was half price) bed. And the only way to buy a new part is to wait on customer service (over an hour on average) because they are "experiencing higher call volumes than normal". They advertise the warranty being prorated at 4% a year is a lie. I have owned the bed for 23 months - 12 months of full warranty = 11 months of ownership at prorated warranty. Per sleep number customer service on 11/11/2024 I am responsible for 35% of the cost of a new air pump + shipping + tax. That does not equate to 4% a year. Over the 15 year life of the bed I will spend an additional 3k in air pumps (1 every 2 years with my current experience). In 2 more years it is a 50/50 split, in 4 more years it is 65%/35% split. So not sure where the 4% is coming in at but that is false information/advertising. This is coming directly form Sleep number customer service. Chris - yes, that is where your google team told me about the 4% which is false. I am going to post everywhere I can so buyer beware of a product you sell for 4k and breaks in 2 years leaving the buyer to spend more money. read more

Store personnel are really nice, but apparently, they are tremendously dishonest about the warranty on the $13k Climate 360 bed we purchased. When asked about the warranty we were told it's 15 years and how "sleep number stands behind their products". This is far from accurate as the warranty is only 12 months in length before a proration period begins. Beyond that, the parts they will send you are expensive (even within the first part of our second year) and are refurbished and not new. Even the customer service manager neglected to tell us what they were sending and paying for was refurbished. Sadly, our foot heating element went out and we were advised that 'our share' was $100 to replace the necessary part, and $199 more if we wanted someone out to handle installing it. I wish we had known about the proration as I asked no less than three times during our sale (the manager was helping us) and never once was it mentioned. The bed was tremendously expensive, and we wouldn't have bought one had we known that we'd be spending money to maintain it after 15 months of ownership. Buyer beware - I would never recommend a Sleep Number to anyone. read more

no service after sale, piece of crap. Don't by

We purchased a bed for nearly $7000, the Sleep IQ unit doesn't work and they forgot to ship the legs. It's been 2 1/2 months, it still doesn't work and they refuse to replace it. I've had to file a complaint with the state attorney general's office. That's still pending. Regarding the legs, we said we won't take delivery without the legs. Three different people said the legs would be shipped immediately in overnight mail. They never were. We were also told we could cancel anytime before the bed is delivered. Now they say we can't. That's four LIES. Trying to call customer service is a nightmare. Twice were were told that they're too busy and to leave a message. The third time I had to wait for over fifteen minutes. Don't trust this company. read more

Absolutely the least professional delivery experience I have ever experienced in what is ostensibly a premium product. As expensive as these beds are, you would think they might actually provide customer service. I was able to pick my delivery date. However, I didn't get to pick the time. I got an email the day before telling me that my bed would be delivered between 5-8 PM. That was already unacceptable; to have to be up that late waiting. But then, they didn't even get there by 8PM! I tried the chat feature on the website. What a joke. The person on the chat basically threw me the delivery call number and disconnected. Of course, when I called that number, they were closed for the day. The only reason they get two stars is the sales staff is nice enough even though she didn't bother to spell my name correctly. But the entire delivery process where they made it clear that they had my money so there was no more interest in providing good service would have garnered a negative rating if that was possible. Even the cable company provides better customer service than Sleep number does when it comes to meeting promised times. If they are going to schedule delivery times so late, the least they can do is staff their call center to match. Stay away from this company if you want professional treatment. When I called the delivery person half an hour past the promised time, he told me that if I was going to cop an attitude then he just wouldn't deliver the bed at all. He then informed me that I was lucky it was only going to be an hour or so late and that he could choose to not deliver it at all if he didn't like my attitude. No matter how good this mattress is, it cannot overcome the horrific abuse I endured during delivery. read more

Mary and Jeff exceeded my expectations. They provided me with outstanding customer service both in the store and after my purchase. They were professional and patient while I tried out every bed in the store plus the pillows. The first bed they recommended was perfect for me and they saved me money by finding me repeat customer discounts that I was unaware of. I highly recommend this store and the staff. An investment into a comfortable, quality piece of furniture you spend a third of your day in everyday just makes good sense. After switching to a sleep number, I have never have a problem sleeping and always wake up feeling great. This is my second sleep number and I would never consider buying another type of bed. read more

We were told by some friends to not buy a sleep number bed because they're overpriced, but we did anyway because they are very comfortable. We went to this location and after paying about $5k, we got the bed delivered on the date we asked about one month later. The problem is that they didn't send us the control box to make the bed functional and they sent us the wrong sheets. Customer service then told us that the soonest we could get the sheets was in about 5-7 days. If you spend about $5k on anything and you give them one month's advance notice, they should either get the order right or correct their error immediately. Do not come to this location. read more

I was so excited to be getting my new sleep number bed, laid down over 3K in cash (mistake), The day it was to arrive I get a call at 11 am to inform me they cant find my bed, 1 day missed work. then they finally got it delivered 10 days later, 2 days missed work, Absolutely the worst night sleep I have ever had in my life, get call customer service and they tell me that the bed needed to be calibrated ? they just set it up 18 hours ago.... bed did not function correctly.... Called salesman (BTW he is the manager of the cascade station sleep number) several times but no return calls or I will find out and call you backs w/o calling back, The company finally decides to send someone out 10 days after delivery to look at bed, too late after 7 nights of less than 2:18 of sleep each night I go buy a different bed (Happy Face). Now the fight to return it I have to pay 200 to have them come and take the bed back and then WAIT 3 WEEKS FOR THEM TO PROCESS THE REFUND. Very bad experience save yourself the headaches and buy a good bed somewhere else. read more
