I just found out today while on my way to bring some premier home decor items to them that if your items dont sell within 45 days they just get to keep your items. That's a big no for me like who do they think they are maybe they should remember that people consigning and bringing interesting items to them are what kept them in business in the first place! I bought 4 bar stools from them in the last month and the lady that was working was so rude and ignorant I almost told her never mind I dont want them but this tops it I won't be going back to that store and the more people I talk to they feel the same.

I had only ever brought one other thing in years ago and I don't recall being treated so badly. The two items didn't fit into their plastic bins (in the little serve yourself area), so I asked Becca at the counter how she wanted me to handle it. She was nasty and truly rude to me. She snapped at me like an grouchy old dog. I took my stuff and went to another bigger, nicer consignment store less than 10 minutes away on McKenzie St. The people there were much kinder (and friendlier, and patient). Pretty sure this place only stays in business because the location is central to PGI and convenient. Also, some folks are willing to put up with Becca's distainful treatment just to get rid of things. It'll catch up eventually though. Look at the recent reviews... someone is not happy in her business anymore and it shows.

We were greeted by Chris Kneifer who was extremely helpful and not at all pushy. We saw a couch that seemed to yell "buy me" so we looked and asked questions. Christ took his time answering our question even gave me the option of changing my mind when I saw a couch that "stood out" and screamed "take me home". The couch is PERFECT, as is The Furniture Warehouse and last but not least, our sales rep, Chris Kneifer. THIS WAS A TOTALLY AWESOME EXPERIENCE and I'd recommend this furniture shop and Chris anytime. Oh, and the best part???? The price. You just can't beat them.
