He came to our house, assessed the situation and agreed that this topper was not right. He was friendly, knowledgeable and had a "can do" attitude. A new one was delivered in less than a week and is as promised. He also demonstrated several capabilities of the adjustable frame that we were not aware of. Not only did I not receive the opportunity to speak without being interrupted less only after I start recording a conversation, the entire conversation kept pivoting to benefit the location by having me go through warranty on a mattress that should've never been sold. Or at least should have been disclosed or at least should have been handled when they first were made aware of the problem. Once the location found that their mattresses had fiberglass in it, that the 14 inch mattress was actually only 12 inches with a 2 inch topper around the mattress That I could've just purchased my own topper and would've been seen what was going on with the mattress and the fiberglass and would've not purchased it. $1000 later having been spent on this mattress and not discovering the issues aside from it being a hot mattress but that there was fiberglass in it once the Mattress protector failed. Then upon trying to wash the mattress discovering that it had a topper of 2 inches! So I didn't even get a large mattress that I paid for I got 2 inches in a topper that was hot and I had to take off in order to wash it! At that time I could have called warranty and had them do it but then I would not have been made aware that there was fiberglass! So we were laying on top of fiberglass which is like an like hair and the manager has the audacity to tell me well when it's in it's solid form. Which I'm horrified was the response. In addition, when I requested a refund he stated it's been too long well it was just made known to me that this was fiberglass that I had sat on my dog had sat on and licked and my movers had gotten all over them! I currently am still sleeping on this mattress without the topper on it because it's hot and I have the protector over it and without having several layers of sheets you still get the little hairs that come through. At this point you would think that the manager would say let's bring it back and give you a store credit for a new mattress. He even stated that the mattress materials or the specific mattress that was very popular is no longer being sold. Wonder why?! So after several phone calls and being forwarded to warranty which makes no sense that I would have to go through warranty when it's not a defective item but it's an item that was not disclosed as having any issue. Or that the topper was not part of the mattress! So not only that I feel that I was being taken advantage of at the location, which led me to go with a different mattress and return the base. Especially after they told me that the base would be something that I could move by myself and it was not it was way too heavy. Now I have to deal with this Five years later when I find that the mattress isn't what it was supposed to be that I paid. So unfortunately for the sales people here that could be honest, I would not recommend this location. The manager was definitely not somebody that I would want to speak with again. He was argumentative, condescending, interruptive and was only remotely willing to do anything after I started recording the conversation. He even went as far as to say that nobody is going to care if I post this to let people know about the location that nobody is going to see it. So let's make sure that everybody sees it and that nobody will ever give their business to this location until they start doing business better. I will be contacting corporate and I might even reach out to the legal department based upon the conversation and the lack of capability to remedy the situation amicably.

I found Hadley Olivia because I wanted to find somewhere I could test the online brands (Brooklyn bedding, helix, Nolah, puffy etc) in person. Their showroom has all of them. It also happened to have a brand called Posh+Lavish, that I had never heard of but that makes all natural latex beds like Avocado. Dennis explained all of this to me and provided great knowledge and service. I selected a floor model from this brand for $1350, that retails for $3300 and had only been 2 months on the floor. They have great floor model prices here as well as the best prices I could find on the new bed in the box mattresses. For ex, I got 35 percent off on the Brooklyn Bedding Aurora after searching all over for the best discount codes and emailing BB, but Hadley was able to do even better than that price (-15 pct off lowest offer). Ok now on to the bed I got. It was called a "Posh" which it turns out is a newly launched subsidiary company of Posh and Lavish and uses some foams. I wanted all natural. I contacted Brad, the manager, and even though mine was "final sale" he said no problem, we can change it (2 days before scheduled delivery). And then he even one upped that by offering me a brand new bed from the posh and lavish line called the providence which is much more expensive, for the same price. So I ended up getting this brand new all natural luxury latex bed for $1350. Delivery was seamless and they kept the same delivery window. They also hauled away my old mattress. And set up the new one even putting on the protector and giving me advice about my bedframe. This was a rare example of A plus consumer service from a company. It exceed all expectations. You should absolutely use this store for your mattress needs.

I visited the store a couple of more times over my trial period to re-try the FIRM version of what…read moreI bought. It was more of a peace of mind and to see if I would be even more comfortable (slightly greedy) on the FIRM than the MEDIUM I bought. I was a bit conflicted because for "health purposes" I was trying to transition sleeping on my back more in spite of being predominantly a side sleeper by nature. In the end, I found that I was comfortable with my MEDIUM whether I was on my side or my back. If I were predominantly a back sleeper, I feel the FIRM would have won out and been the best fit because neither mattress is super firm. I think my MEDIUM is truly a "medium", but their FIRM is more of a "medium firm" because of the memory foam. However, since I am still a 70% or 80% side sleeper, I made the right call with purchasing the MEDIUM. I had the wife photograph me on my side to evaluate my spinal alignment with their included pillows. It was on point. I returned to the store and tried the firm and the MEDIUM, where my spinal alignment was evaluated by the sales associate and with the MEDIUM it was a good fit for side or back sleeping. As a result, I took no further action. The pillows are excellent and hold their shape very well, but some pile will shift, but I flip them a few times throughout the night to ensure they are supporting my neck consistently throughout the night. I did read online that hybrid mattresses can take longer to break in and thus you may not know until 30-60 days or more whether the mattress is a good fit. I did find this to be true. I do recommend you follow their guidance with the rotation schedule for the mattress which is necessary for warranty and ideal comfort. And add a quality waterproof wrap mattress pad for warranty and protection. Even with the wrap mattress pad on I did not find "heat" to be an issue, I assume due to the design with cooling layers etc. built in. I communicated with Cliff a couple more times via text and in-person and he was as great after the sale as he was before the sale. That's the kind of person and company I want to do business with.
