How can this be when it was wrapped in plastic as a new one should be. Makes you think something fishy going on here. Kevin took care of arranging to get another one but said normally they make you wait 30 days. Wouldn't you know it that I could not get another one for just about the same time. I have my doubts that this is a new one also. The one I payed on in the store was a queen. I ordered a full. The firmness should not be any different. As much as I paid for this I should not have to wake up with a sore back for 3 weeks till next one arrives.

We pulled up to Bedzzz 'N' More, and were a little "iffy" about going inside, as it looked small and a bit cluttered. However, as my Aunt is a small business owner, we decided to give it a try and walked inside. BOY, I'M HAPPY WE DID!!! They had a very surprising selection of mattresses and head/foot boards, and everything was priced very, very well. The staff was very friendly, but didn't stand around trying to pressure us into buying anything; they let us take our time and decide for ourselves what we were interested in, and answered all questions we had. We asked for delivery prior to Good Friday, which was a little less than two weeks away at the time, as we had expected company in from out of town for Easter, and would need the bed in time for that. These people MADE this work for us; they ensured that we would have the mattress, at the very least, though the head/foot board set would come in the Monday or Tuesday after Easter. We were fine with that. However, they were able to get EVERYTHING delivered and set up on Holy Thursday, which was phenomenal! I would HIGHLY and CONFIDENTLY RECOMMEND to anyone to at least consider looking into this place if you need a new bed or headboard! This family-owned and run business goes out of there way to make you happy, and I couldn't have asked for anything better. My wife and I have slept soundly on our new mattress, and proud to have done business with Bedzzz 'N' More! They have made a life-long customer with me!

I've never seen a mattress so horribly made. when I was selecting a mattress in store the manager kept stressing how great the warranty was n that it was made in my state. I thought it was a purchase I could trust but when I tried to make a warranty claim I was denied because the fabric on the box spring was slightly loose- just like it was when it was delivered, yet the company tried saying THAT is what caused me to be stabbed with springs in the mattress. they must think we are stupid n would believe fabric on a box sprin would cause such an issue in a thick mattress. these matttrsses are not worth even $100 and the store clearly tell u anything to make a sale then treat you badly when you have a problem. you would seriously be better off buying furniture from Walmart. save yourself stress n don't shop there

Number 1. what really helped us make our decision was the customer service. Yes just good old fashion customer service! The day that we decided to make our purchase Samantha wasn't in the store it was her day off. However, the store Sales manager, Travis Jaynes remembered us for our prior 2 visits. And we are sharing our experience with family and friends. Thanks ********UPDATE ******** ****** 8/18/2020********* Okay I don't usually update unless something is really good or really disappointing! In this Yelp I'm disappointed, unhappy and wondering if I should return the product? I called Ashley Home Store on the day after my furniture was delivered. Which was 8/5/2020. I didn't realize at the time of delivery that the Island that I ordered was not finished being put together. The guys brought in in left me with an Allen wrench that was in the drawer and the shelves inside the unit not assembled. ( the shelves go on outside the unit and one large one inside the inside the unit). I don't know how to put them on because they have pegs that attach the shelves. Well and to top that off the legs are not on be tight! So I called that said with in 2 day we'll have someone out. (Crickets). I went back to the store 8/8/2020 where I purchased it. Talked with Travis he requested 2nd time for the repair order. (Crickets) 3rd time I called on Wednesday 8/11/2020 I talked to Roslyn @ the Home Store. she put in a 3rd request and said give them a couple of days. (CRICKETS) 8/15/2020 talked to Travis and he was disappointed that no nobody had contacted me. So he says he was going to make some calls. Today is the 18th and I think I just may return the item. What would you do???**

We walked in and a salesman rushed over to us. He never introduced himself. Never made any connection with us. He just started pepper us with questions like a sniper on Red Bull and espresso. Once we were able, we let him know we were looking and we'd find him if we had questions. He threw his hands up, his facial expression went from excited to where are my chicken nuggets instantly. We looked around for roughly 25 minutes. In that time he never got off the floor model couch he and the rest of the staff sat on complaining about how slow the day had been. He never checked on us to see if we had questions, found something we liked, nothing. When we find what we like, even if it is at this store, because of him, we won't buy there. I give 1 star for the bathroom being clean. The rest of their staff can get stuffed!
