The two of my pieces were damaged and would need to be replaced. It took over a month to get the replacement And I had to contact them to get it. They never once took the time to call and talk to me or discuss anything. I had to follow up with them multiple multiple multiple times just to get my furniture. I didn't even even actually get my furniture until months later. Very disappointing with how they treat their customers.
