The sales person on the floor (her name might have been Debbie?) was very nice and got us the best mattress for our budget. The gentleman who checked us out answered all our questions regarding payment and delivery. He even offered to preorder a split box spring as we anticipated the regular one would not fit up the stairs. He said he would try to preorder it incase we ended up needing to switch it out and they explained it would be no extra charge if we did end up needing a split box spring. The bed was delivered two days later and well within the time frame they gave us that the people would be arriving. The delivery men were very polite and efficient and took our old mattress out, no extra charge. As anticipated the regular box spring didn't fit and he said they would automatically order the split and we didn't even have to call but we could if we wanted to. I did call the next day as I just wanted to know when the split would be arriving and I spoke to Debbie. She was confused as the truck had not arrived back yet and she didn't get my ticket yet so she didn't know about the box spring, but she also said it wasn't an automatic switch because a split is extra money. They hadn't told me that when I bought the mattress or when I refused the regular box spring the night before, which I was a little upset about. But just a few minutes later, Debbie called me back and said she took care of everything and there would certainly not be any extra charge for the split box spring to be delivered, which I appreciated given I had no prior knowledge otherwise of it being any further charge. Despite the slight mix up, I really appreciated the quick, personal experience I got and the good price. 10/10 would shop here again!

We pulled up to Bedzzz 'N' More, and were a little "iffy" about going inside, as it looked small and a bit cluttered. However, as my Aunt is a small business owner, we decided to give it a try and walked inside. BOY, I'M HAPPY WE DID!!! They had a very surprising selection of mattresses and head/foot boards, and everything was priced very, very well. The staff was very friendly, but didn't stand around trying to pressure us into buying anything; they let us take our time and decide for ourselves what we were interested in, and answered all questions we had. We asked for delivery prior to Good Friday, which was a little less than two weeks away at the time, as we had expected company in from out of town for Easter, and would need the bed in time for that. These people MADE this work for us; they ensured that we would have the mattress, at the very least, though the head/foot board set would come in the Monday or Tuesday after Easter. We were fine with that. However, they were able to get EVERYTHING delivered and set up on Holy Thursday, which was phenomenal! I would HIGHLY and CONFIDENTLY RECOMMEND to anyone to at least consider looking into this place if you need a new bed or headboard! This family-owned and run business goes out of there way to make you happy, and I couldn't have asked for anything better. This location sits among the large shopping center featuring Old Navy, Dick's and Best Buy and is located directly across from Walmart. The store is clean and in good condition. The products were laid out and organized with purpose, and the store flowed easily. Overall, happy to have stopped by.
