I purchased a mattress for $594.00 on the 22nd Of August via their online store. I scheduled the…read moredelivery for the 24th of August. I emailed the company several times to confirm and got nothing back from then. On Wednesday the 24th, the day of delivery I tried calling as well as texting the company. On the 5th attempt, the "owner" answered and stated that he was not planning on delivering that day, that he had not been paid. I had paid, but he was waiting for the funds to clear his account before making a delivery. That is a 3-5 business day process. I could have walked into his shop and gotten the mattress that day, but because I used HIS online store, he decided he did not want to deliver. The owner of the shop is rude, not customer focused in the least bit and comes across very aggressive. The police should take note as someone with this much aggression is a danger to society. I am now without a mattress and without the $594 that I paid. I have to want 10-20 days to process a claim with my credit card company. This was a horrible person to do business with and a very bad experience for me. The biggest disappointment will be family members sleeping on an air mattress as this company did not deliver after taking an order and my money.

The manager called me over the phone and told me that he would send out a gentleman to measure and evaluate the mattress. I have taken good care of this mattress. I purchased a good mattress cover from Farmers Home Furniture and it has always been on the bed. The mattress is in excellent condition except that it feels like I'm sleeping in a hole. The gentleman evaluating the mattress remarked about what good condition it was in. I received a call back from the manager telling me it was not defective. I asked him if there was anything he do ? Could he swap out the mattress ? He said he couldn't resell a used mattress but that I could jump on it ! In other words, he had my money and he didn't care about whether I was satisfied or not. I've learned a hard lesson and I will never do business with this company again.

She proceeded to send my information to a bank (which I realize now is a red flag to ask for my personal information), and had a hard credit pull done under my name AND my husband's. I repeat I did not consent to a hard pull on my credit under any circumstance. Only my husband did! All this to say, I would reconsider your furniture shopping decision to a store with more caution and experience when considering the purchase of furniture.
