I thought TJ Max was empty, no this store is empty. Whole shelves with nothing on them, only one pillow left in the whole store. Only one cashier was working and the line was long so i decided I did not need pillows that bad. For a hot spot for Covid you would think that these popular stores in our area would do better. I felt like it was worse today than it was in March, thinking I should stay home a little longer.

When I dropped by Mattress Firm, I was warmly greeted by sleep expert Alexis. I told her that I was looking for a mattress that could relieve pressure on my hips and shoulders, reduce tossing and turning, could be elevated, and would help keep me cool at night. She was able to show me a few mattresses that met my criteria, and was able to smoothly answer any questions I had about the differences in materials, how well the mattresses hold up over time, what is (and isn't) covered under warranty, return policies, and best care. Alexis's knowledge, patience, and love for her work really made me feel comfortable and heard. If you are looking for a new mattress, I encourage you to consider Mattress Firm.

I repeat I did not consent to a hard pull on my credit under any circumstance. Only my husband did! All this to say, I would reconsider your furniture shopping decision to a store with more caution and experience when considering the purchase of furniture.
