The first night I woke up during the night several times, it just didn't seemed right, morning time I take off the sheets and found that the mattress is uneven! Actual potholes in the mattress and in further inspection the top half of the mattress is lighter than the bottom half.. The bottom half is way darker. This is not a new mattress I would never paid $1,200 for an used or refurbished mattress I would never buy one. My wife went to the store the day after it the mattress was delivered.. They were not nice anymore. They said we had to take pictures of the mattress and file a Warrenty claim. I asked them to come look at it but they said they couldn't do it, I live five minutes from the store, you can casually walk from the store to my place in five minutes. So we took the pictures of the mattress and file the c itlaim, it is now going on the fourth week and still nothing not a word . We call several times but the answer is always " we are reviewing the claim" what is there to review??? We let them know the day after the mattress was delivered!! We got the mattress on credit and were made the first payment but I'm beginning to realize that we were ripped off.. we were scammed. I would not sell this piece of crap to someone else so I'm going to stop making payments I'm pretty sure they will be by afterthe payment due date and pick up the mattresses it will hit my credit but at least I would only lose the first payment . The lesson of the story is buy from store that has a reputation, that is well known and one that doesn't sell crap and reals you off. I will never do business with this store . They decided to deliver them separately so I had to make two separate trips and when I brought my table to FW I was excited to put it together but to my surprise it wasn't the one I wanted. When I called the store and talked to Javier he right away gave an excuse because he knew what he was doing. He had given me a table that was about $500 less than what I paid. Now I have to wait another 10 days to have my table and have them come all the way to FW to pick up the one I didn't want and give me the one I paid for.

We lost a child in early September so our focus was not on the sofa issue. our salesman got in touch with the Bernhart sales rep on October 12th and they said they would send a rep out. the rep didn't do anything. we reached out on the status in December and were told the tech couldn't be here until 6 weeks out. They came out with the wrong part in March. In May we were told that all the parts were finally ordered, 9 months after purchasing. June the 6th, we were told the parts would be in at the end of August, 1 year after buying this inferior product that we have been living with. our salesman seems to care but nothing from the manager or owner. we want new couches but after dealing with this company, I am concerned about dealing with this. I would not recommend Stash at all.
