Room 310. I have been here since August 25, 2024, and leaving on Monday September 2, 2024. I am here for my sister's funeral. Upon checking in at 9:30 pm, was not informed of breakfast time. One housekeeper. House keeping is done upon request. I thought that is what the door sign is for. No hot breakfast usually 25 guests. Hot waffles, cereals and coffee. Cold cereals for kids. "Some" staffs are rude one you has been flagged for contacting headquarters in reference to your stay. You cannot control the temperature, it is set with the owner's settings. I had family members stopping by with embarrassments. The pricing for my stay , is totally not worth the service. I am a New York Broadway photographer, and our team has been using Sleep Inn - Choice Privilege for years. When I return back to New York there will be a change of venue ASAP. All the Broadway stars are place with Choice Privilege. I was offered 5000 points for trouble... real? Not on my watch. My advice to you will be, always read all the reviews before you book at any venue before spending your hard earned money...smh. Good luck in your endeavors. read more

Was here for a wedding when I told my family this was the hotel I was staying at they referred to it as the "ghetto hotel." I told them it didn't look too bad whelp I was mistaken it is almost 1am loud music has not stopped playing and it smells like straight weed. Definitely not getting a nights rest here. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The place is DIRTY and my mother and brother were bitten by BEDBUGS (see pictures). The hotel acknowledged that they had begbugs and offered them $20 for their trouble. $20 is an INSULT. Meanwhile, they had to throw away everything they had brought and worn in the hotel so that the bedbugs wouldn't travel home with them. TERRIBLE Establishment. read more

In this little "podunk" southern town (and I mean that in the best way, having lived in one my entire life), this hotel is located right off the interstate across from Cracker Barrel. Friendly service, if Rhonda is working, you will be treated like gold for sure. Don't have your expectations too high as it isn't the Hilton but you'll get a good nights rest, good service, and a full belly for breakfast. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE. Firstly I had a reservation made on the choice hotel app for 10/3-10/5. I attempted to make numerous calls while at work to let them know I could not check in on 10/3, but would be there first thing 10/4 to check in (I am a night shift travel RN). Everytime I called someone would answer but never say anything it seemed like they would just sit the phone down and I would hear muffled talking in the background. No please can you hold nothing. It appears they charged my card for the first night at around 11pm and then subsequently canceled my reservation. When I show up to check in the clerk is having trouble finding my reservation he makes me pay for night two separate as Ive already been charged. Since this transaction was not made online the cost for the day is now $20 more than my original reservation. My card supposedly didn't go through the first time so he runs a second time and finally gets me a key to my room. When I arrive to the room the door is wide open, clean linen on the floor in a bag, stink bugs everywhere from the door being open. I am so exhausted at this point I close the linen out of the room and go to sleep. A few hours later I get a knock and staff are charging into my room (while I am dead asleep and not dressed) going on that the guy gave me the wrong room, I shouldn't have moved the linens and my card didn't go through I need to get dressed and come down NOW and pay. My heart was beating out of my chest and I was traumatized at this point. I finally calm down and go back to sleep. Now they are harassing me via room phone telling me to come pay. I tell them I am sleeping I have to go back to work tonight I will come down later. They demand a time so I finally say 2pm. I go down at 2pm to pay and the clerk tells me I owe an even higher amount than what the man had stated and I had "paid" a few hours earlier. Now I'm livid and cannot fall back asleep before work. I payed nearly $50 more than what I was supposed to for the room because my initial reservation was cancelled and could not even sleep between shifts due to privacy violation and harrassment. I finally say f this take my shower and just leave. Now at work I see my card was charged both times the man ran it and the third time at 2pm. I was harassed numerous times and violated for absolutely nothing as I had paid not once but f*ing twice before they came barging in my room. As a sexual assault survivor this was a terrifying encounter. I will be calling corporate, reporting your establishment to local news and finding out if any legal action can be taken against you. Anything I can to make sure you never do this to another soul again. read more

I don't understand the negative reviews. I'm actually here right now and I'm in heaven. There's no DTV but there's cable. The shower is HOT. The bed is oh-so squishy and soft. Front desk was lovely - she quoted me something like $80/night but I asked her if I could go ahead and book through Booking.com, where I'd seen the rate at something like $58 and she patiently waited while I went through that reservation process. There's no turndown service or concierge, but what do you want in Henderson? Don't pay $110 for the Baymont or whatever it is down the road. Come here - you'll do just fine. read more

Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel itself needs a little help. Hallway was dirty and the walls needed to be painted. The room was clean when walking in. However a wall did have spilled food stains, and 1 of the sheets on the bed had a stained sheet. The bathroom appeared to be a closet that had been converted for a shower and toilet. had a sliding door that did not fully close and was scuffed and dirty(see pictures). The guest book and food never stains all over it, and the refrigerator needs to be defrosted. Hotel could be nice with some attention. It just appears that the owners invest minimal money for upkeep. The breakfast contained microwaveable sandwiches, boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal and fresh fruit. Want to bad and the dining area was clean. read more

The people working the counter are very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The shower is very roomy not bad pressure it is not hard to make me happy just clean and dry. We were stuck by the winter storm so it seemed a good a place as any. They were nice enough to give us a room by the back door so we could walk our dog. The parking lot is way to small. if you have more than a car. Had to park on the road in the ice with my truck and a trailer with my motorcycles while watching other cars slide towards it. They do have a nice little selection of breakfast snacks. Other than that not a bad place. read more

This place could be nice. Need to pay more attention to details. Room was clean and large. King room only two bath towels. Having an extra would have been nice. Some of the furniture looked like it was treated pretty rough. The bed was nice to look at but terrible to sleep in. Mattress has hard as a rock. The pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. Breakfast was a surprise. Good selection of the normal hotel type breakfast items and fresh cooked scrambled eggs and sausage. Due to the bed and the pillows I would not stay there again read more

WOW, I can't believe how horrible this hotel is. As soon as I arrived I noticed the musty smell & the cigarette burns on the comforter. Later I noticed the dangling faucet on the sink & the exhaust fan that didn't work in the bathroom. Then at night it became apparent the thin how thin the walls were. Not just that but the ceiling too. I couldn't sleep at all due to what sounded like a heard of buffalo upstairs, just walking around for hours. I could have gotten past all that, but the service is what killed it for me. I'm in the breakfast room (which has a horrible selection by the way). Frozen biscuits that you're supposed to microwave, really? So the waffles are about the only thing that's decent. Therefore there are several several people waiting for them. I'm waiting for about 15 minutes when apparently it's time to start closing up shop early. So she's moving around weaving in and out of the 5-6 people that are still there, CLOSING EARLY, taking away items one by one as people are trying to get their breakfast. Since it was looking like I wasn't going to get a waffle, I tried to get cereal but the milk was gone, I tried to make a waffle but the batter was gone even before the one in front of me was done cooking, and the few things I did get were horrible. I'll never come back to this hotel again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either. read more
