I love that they are conveniently open on a Saturday! It definitely helps to create an account and schedule an appointment. I made an appointment a week prior to the day. They had so many time slots open. I prefer coming in as soon as they open to avoid the crowds. They opened at 8am and I scheduled for 8:30am. I arrived 10mins prior to my appointment and was able to check in. You can check in on your app or use their self check in kiosk (3 available). After I checked in I was called back 3mins after and I was done at 8:28am. The phlebotomist who helped me was very nice, she worked fast and efficiently. I was in and out even before my scheduled appointment, which was AMAZING. The lobby has plenty of seating. There was an unpleasant odor lingering in the waiting room, thankfully I didn't wait long.

He takes the time to actually remember who I am, remembers details from previous visits, and makes every appointment feel personal rather than rushed. What I appreciate most is how educational and nonjudgmental the conversations are. We've had really good discussions about my overall health, lifestyle, things I'm doing well, and areas where I can improve. It feels collaborative instead of transactional, which is honestly rare to find. Whenever I've brought up issues that are outside the scope of primary care, he has had no problem referring me to specialists, and I also appreciate that he follows up on that care afterward instead of just sending you off and forgetting about it. Overall, I've been very happy with the care I've received here, and I genuinely hope I'm able to continue seeing Sam for a long time. Wish I had known about this location since it's closer to me. My appointment was at 5pm but I was told to arrive 30mins prior to my appointment. I did all the pre-assessment/ check in on MyChart days before my appointment. I arrived at the building around 4:18pm there was a lady before me and it took a while to get me checked in only because the lady before me did not do her pre-screening questions on the app so the front desk was asking her all the questions. l waited about 10mins to get checked in. Unlike the Palm Location this place only had one receptionist and the phones were constantly ringing too. Not sure if it's because it's the end of the day or they are short staffed but they definitely need a 2nd person to assist to avoid long check in times. After checking in I sat in their waiting area, 5mins later they called me back and my sonographer was really nice. She was quick I was done and out of the building 5mins later. This place is clean, plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend downloading mychart app to do an e-check in prior to arriving to your appointment to avoid the long waits and it also helps the staff.
