Excellent on time appointment with a very understanding doctor. She was very thorough and clear about my options. Hottie recommended.

She was recommended to us from another twin mom and I am extremely thankful for that. Our twins were born at 37 weeks so we couldn't sleep train them until they were four months adjusted and it was a very long four months. Our girl twin was of the mindset that she didn't need sleep and our boy loved his sleep. A lot of twin parents live by the wake a sleeping twin rule but I just couldn't do that to my boy. We would spend 15 - 20 minutes bouncing, rocking, swaying them to sleep for them to only sleep about 15 - 20 mins. Even when they were little they didn't nap in bouncers or swings. It was crazy and so different from our first. I was losing my mind. At night (for all intents and purposes) they were decent sleepers but they were horrible nappers. Jennie did a really good job of talking us (me) off the ledge multiple times. The process was very seamless and easy and Jennie was very responsive. I was leary of working with someone out of state but soon realized that unless they were spending the night with us it didn't really matter. She never seemed far away. She is very down to earth and made us feel very comfortable with the whole process. It is the best experience and best money we have ever spent. I recommend it to anyone suffering and have even thought about becoming a consultant myself.

Little one and his mommy~Happily Ever After…read more Well this story is kinda like a Disney movie. It started off rough, not old school Disney's Dumbo rough but more like Pixar's Inside Out rough and ended with my little one and I having the sweetest nighttime moments. My heart swells with joy and pride when I think of how far we came with the help of Magda, our sleep consultant from Good Night Sleep. Here's our story: I have a 3 year old and a newborn. The 3 year old may have worn me down and we established not so healthy bedtime routines. There was a lot of stress leading up to the bedtime routine and honestly, I dreaded it. There would be tears, pleading, screaming that ultimately lead to me giving in and going in to lay with my toddler until he fell asleep. I thought it was a phase and I could deal with it but it wasn't and when the new baby came, I couldn't. That's when I reached out to Good Night Sleep and spoke to Magda. I remember feeling that I could breathe a little easier after that first call. Everything that I told Magda, she'd seen before and she was confident she could help us develop a nighttime routine that worked for our family. She did. She also helped me communicate it to my kiddo and get him excited about it. The first night.I was slightly terrified that first night but my little one surprised me and it went better than I could have dreamed. Was it easy, no. But he understood what was happening and every night after, it got better and better. Magda was also there every step of the way for two weeks to answer all my questions and adjust where needed. We've now had this new bedtime for 4 months and it's still going well. Instead of screening and crying, my night ends with hugs & kisses, and a night, night mommy...I Luv You. I'll take that fairy tale ending! I'm sure if you're doing your research and reading reviews, you're struggling in your own way with sleep. I would 100% say to Make the Call and Have a Conversation with their team of experts.

Then I met Kim, a sleep angel sent from the sleep gods! My son was almost 6 months old and waking every 1-2 hours, only able to fall back asleep with nursing. Naps were no more than 30 minutes and it took everything to get him to sleep because he was always overtired. Kim created a personalized plan that suited our parenting style and our sons temperament. Within a few days we were seeing dramatic improvements and our son was so much happier! Kim always made sure we were comfortable with the plan and genuinely cared about how our son was progressing. She was always available to trouble shoot problems and offer new techniques when our son was resisting change. Kim always explained the reasoning behind everything we encountered and kept us accountable so we stuck to the plan! My husband and I would highly recommend Kim to any family that is in need of sleep!!

Had hey sent him home with oral antibiotics I don't think he would've made it. They saved his life. I will forever be grateful to these doctors. Oh and did I mention the lovely ladies at the front desk? Their voices always sound like singing birds. I love listening to them in the background. They obviously love their jobs and are all friends. This is disappointing! I would never leave negative reviews! Never! But this has to be documented…read moresomewhere. Before anything, let me be fully clear, Doctors/ Physicians in the clinic are amazing, I am with my family doctor from a long time, however the admin team has been a nightmare. I underwent surgery in March 2026, which lead me to be bed ridden for recovery till May 2026. I lost my job, my OSAP went into overpayment, I am under extreme financial hardship and I was attacked racially on the streets of Toronto. I was recovering, hence could not make it to the appointments, when asked about it, I was told about "policies" and "fees" I must pay before I see my doctor. I gently asked to waive it OR allow me to delay the payment till I am capable of giving it / do it in instalments. It was relayed to my doctor as I am asking to waive fees and I was informed it cannot be done. The email had issues lines up, I was looking to get my doc to fill in some forms, insurance/ hardship related, I was told how much that would "COST". I had to leave it on the side. I received an email saying I am no more on ROSTER because I missed appointments! I was genuinely taken aback. My psychiatrist had stopped the practice, so my files was being transferred to family doctor. Admin team at UHN did it, honestly, multiple times. It never reached my doctor. During my current hard time, facing depression, anxiety, adhd and an attack because I am a different race, with no money, poor credit fighting to get a job, I started overcoming my issues. I asked again for an appointment, because UHN confirmed that I was still with this clinic, they replied with "policy rules", "admin fees"! I have an entire email chain! The admin from UHN helped me with getting the records, and I PERSONALLY SENT THEM! My doctor understandably could not read everything because there were more than 200 visits to be read! So from whatever time I was a patient of this clinic, UHN did send the records, and they NEVER reached my doctor, until I had to find a way to provide it to them! Finally after asking for an appointment I finally got one last week, I finally saw my doctor and we had a plan, from the conversation I noticed he was relayed with selective information, and when he said he supports the admin team, I reassured him I understand policies and why you are supporting them, however, my MAIN CONCERNS have not reached you! Me and my doctor had a plan, I requested for one of my forms to be signed on Friday, according to clinic "policy" I was late with the email so they were going to answer me next business day. Monday has passed by, Tuesday is almost coming to an end, and I am ghosted yet again! It is extremely hard not to take this personally, I have been clarifying asking giving feedbacks in a real positive light whenever possible. BUT THE ADMIN TEAM HAS ABSOLUTELY NO EMPATHY! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE DURING MY OWN ROCK BOTTOM! I have a steady rapport with my doctor, so I cannot even go anywhere else, but to get to him, THIS HUGE HURDLE is just an impossible task! And get it right, they are VERY RUDE with their responses too! I am extremely disappointed! Isnt this the care team I can rely on when I need support? Apparently not! Very very displeased with the EXPERIENCE!!!!! I wish I could give NO star or a half STAR, and again, THE DOCTORS ARE GENUINELY GREAT! Also, I myself am an internationally trained DENTIST with 5 years of experience, now pursuing healthcare research! Never in my life I would have imagined a team who cares nothing about the people in need! I really feel sad that I had to approach them time and again, making my hardship/struggle feel like an inconvenience!
