I was told I would have to pay another month to cancel. I did not want or need to service which I told them this. Then the two ladies at the front desk told me the best thing to do was make sure the payment was declined from my HSA card for 2 months and the system would automatically terminate and I would not have to pay anything else. Well payment declined in November, December and January! Then I get billed February 14th. I call and am told we do not offer refunds. You will have to accept that charge and come in and cancel. I asked to speak to a manager and I'm put on hold for 10 minutes. I was also told that managers are NEVER in the clinic so it's impossible to speak to one. The front desk ladies have to send in a request for a manager to call you. Horrible customer service. The lady would just put the phone down and start taking to someone else while I was asking questions.

As a new patient he spent a while listening to my concerns and showed so much compassion for me. It's sad to say in the medical field this is very much lacking. He put me at ease and helped me tremendously with my adjustment. The staff is equally awesome and super helpful! I understand my opinion is only that an opinion. However my thought is what does it cost us to show kindness to each other? NOTHING! Great experience!

For the first time in my life, I did a WALK-IN at a dentist's office. They found my insurance info, and got me into see a dentist pretty quick. After some x-rays, she filed the tooth down some and gave me a prescription for antibiotics. Made the rest of my trip pretty much pain free. SO appreciated this place!

Both the masseuse and the doctor ask questions to get a thorough understanding of your issues and they explain each step before taking them.
