Emily basically cleared her entire schedule for a weekend on very short notice. She was invaluable in providing information on areas, trends, and options to consider. She was the epitome of what people find attractive about Texas in terms of the people, culture, and her welcoming nature. We toured countless homes in several areas and different cities and with her help, we narrowed our selection down to Celina and McKinney. For anyone looking for a non-assuming, kind, and extremely well versed realtor with a mindset that is always looking out for her clients best interest, you cannot do better than Emily.

When we walked into houses, he immediately started pointing out cracks and other items that we needed to take into account. When we put in contracts on several different houses, he was helpful and wise. When we got in a bidding war, he held our hand and advised us. (We got the house!) He set us up with an inspector and helped us ask for money to fix certain items. From day one, his service was outstanding!

Brent is an outstanding DFW realtor whom my wife and I cannot recommend enough. He is a step above…read moreall other realtors we've encountered who brag about their many years of experience but then take the cookie cutter approach to buying and negotiating on a home. On top of that, he knows the lay of the land because he's grown up in DFW and he has the business acumen of sensing market trends to foster buyer confidence in what is otherwise a sellers' market here in DFW. Brent comes from an underwriting Goldman Sachs background where he was frequently engaged with many C-suite stakeholders. In other words, Brent has very sharp soft-skills and knows how to approach a seller's agent in order to motivate sellers to seal the deal. He's a Pit Bull with the finesse and likability of a Labrador Retriever. Words are not precise enough to describe Brent. My wife and I hired Brent ~ Thanksgiving when we had to let our previous agent go after 1.5 years of house hunting. We didn't switch to another realtor sooner because we really liked our previous realtor, but we had to make the painful business decision of letting them go to get a fresh pair of eyes on our situation before my relocation benefits expired. By ~ New Years, Brent helped us to secure a house we were pursuing with our previous agent but failed to do so as a result of our realtor getting frustrated with the sellers' agent. There's no other way I can put to words in describing Brent other than comparing him to a great cup of coffee. You need to experience many bad cups before you can recognize a truly great cup. For rookie home buyers who have never had to experience many bad realtors, all I can say is take a leap of faith and go with Brent. His performance will set your expectations high that in your lifetime, other realtors will pale in comparison to Brent.

I had inquired about a couple of listings and she was very upset that I didn't move forward with them and accused me of wasting her time and literally yelled on the phone. Keep in mind, you get very few details of the listing before the NDA is signed, so I would think it's understandable for a person to not want to move forward with a listing after having signed the NDA and going through the financials. I was utterly shocked at her behavior and unfortunately had to let go of a listing which I could have potentially moved forward with.

The first meeting we spoke about the a plan to get the house sold and they were very upfront and provided realistic expectations. Katie staged our home and it looked amazing after she was done, both when showing the home and also for the pictures. I got lots of compliments from friends on how great the house looked after the staging was done and how beautiful the pictures looked. Also, Katie has worked with builders, so if you are looking to build your dream home, she knows exactly how the process works and will be with you every step of the way. Trey is an expertise in marketing. Since he has a sales background, I was super confident he would go above and beyond to sell our home and find the buyer we were looking for. He was willing to do open houses and also reached out to others to bring potential buyers in. Both Katie and Trey were there if we had any questions and went above and beyond to help us out during whole process of selling our home. They are such genuine people and really care about helping you find the perfect place to live. Katie helped me most recently look for rent houses - which I gave her an impossible task to find a cheap place to live in Frisco. She found some amazing houses and showed them to be...but was understanding when I told her I'd changed my mind and wanted to buy. I felt like I'd wasted so much of her time trying to find a rent house but she put me at ease. I never felt pressured to settle for a place with her. Katie patiently listened to my "must have" list and was very attentive during the entire process. She really looked into the quality of the homes that we were seeing and would give her honest opinion about it. Once I finally found "the one" she executed the paperwork quickly and made the process as painless as possible. Having bought the house over 4 months ago, she still keeps in touch and checks in on me. I know she's always there if I need advice or help finding a specialist.
