This is without a shadow of a doubt the worst flooring company in the UK. We were promised 11 different fitting dates and times, not once did this company turn up, citing different reasons and excuses. After six weeks of promised appointments to fit the flooring, on top of four weeks of waiting for them to obtain freely available materials, we are awaiting a refund of the deposit having cancelled the job. However, since cancelling the job, they have not answered 14 attempts to contact them, and have remained silent. Six weeks after requesting a refund, we are starting proceedings to recover the monies due as a business debt through the courts. Definitely do not use...

The builders had a good standard of workmanship, good communication from the office and their bill matched the quote. Very happy with their service.

Watch out for corner cuts from some of the workforce with little or no supervision. Evidenced some poor workmanship with corroborative photos. Once paid forget the sales patter about after sales service or guarantees as they're clearly worthless. My calls to remedy fault 3 months after installation ignored. Cannot be recommend unfortunately. Disappointing!

Since then we have had 3 promises of a call the following day, 1 promise of the manager calling us back and finally a promise of a workman calling to rectify the issue within a week. Needless to say, over 6 months later and not one of these promises has been kept. Not a company to trust with your money or your home!
