The car gets hosed by high pressure hoses first then it just goes through the auto wash. After it comes out, it gets driven to the curb where 2-3 men quickly wipes it. I always still see dirty spots afterwards though. I treat this spot as a pre wash as I always need to finish cleaning it afterwards. Payment: they give you a paper ticket then you go inside to the cashier to pay. They are typically distracted by their phones or chatting with a coworker. It would be nice if there's ever an option of washing the car yourself with a high pressure hose and suds available at these places, I went to one in another country which I felt was genius!

I requested the full name of the employee who was operating my vehicle at the time of the incident, but Manager Aristeo refused to provide it, which raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability. This car wash usually charges $15, but on that day the employee demanded $20, and the final charge with tax was even higher. After damaging my vehicle, they showed no responsibility, no professionalism, and no respect for customers. You can either wait outside (there are some camp chairs) or inside in the office upstairs. It was about 30-40 minutes for the car to be taken into the garage and then another 40 minutes for the wash to be completed. The standard package ("Hand Wash Regular") includes outside and inside cleaning and starts at $35 for a small car. You can elect for additional options too, like waxing and leather conditioning.
