(yes that is a technical word) My mum has used them and they even came out to the house to see if they could track down the problem without having to replace her modem. The shop only looks basic, but they don't charge fancy prices. Great service and I would recommend them. There is pay and dispaly parking outside the door, a bonus when you are carrying towers about.
