Enclosed is my letter of complain to Skynet, dated March 28, 2011 as of today 18 June 2011 I have received NO REPLY.
This is probably the worst, most unfriendly, disorganized customer experience I have received to date.
I pity the person who is forced to use this company........
"Good afternoon
I have just TODAY received the parcel sent from South Africa on the 3rd March 2011.
Let me express my disappointment and anger with the service I have received during this process.
1. I received a telephone message from yourselves stating that the parcel could not be delivered because the address was incorrect and asking me to call the number given and give a correct address. However after 25 phone calls to the number stated the day, after I was unable to get even a calling tone, it was simply engaged. Following this we have corresponded via emails for nearly 2 weeks now during which time I gave the correct address and my telephone number.
2. I received a call on this past Thursday and again was accused of having the wrong address on the letter. I gave the correct address to the lady on the phone and explained that I would be available ALL DAY Friday. I was promised that the letter would be delivered on Friday, however it was not.
3. My girlfriend yesterday answered a call for me from yourselves asking, quite rudely I might add, why we were not at home on this past MONDAY. She explained that the parcel was supposed to be delivered on Friday and was asked tearsly when I was available to receive the parcel.
4. On receipt of the parcel today I was again blamed by the delivery person for having the incorrect address. Upon opening the parcel I found that indeed that the address WAS incorrectly written. But not by the person sending the original parcel, not even on the international waybill, but on the STICKER THAT YOU YOURSELVES attached to the final exterior packaging.
Let me explain what went wrong, obviously after arriving in Spain the address was incorrectly noted. (The word BAJA was omitted and thus arose the confusion surrounding the floor number.)
Let me say that I have never had such bad and unprofessional customer experience with regards to parcel delivery and am deeply dissatisfied.
The documents were of an extremely important nature and thank goodness we had the sense to send copies of the documents with one of your competitors. (who incidentally were able to ship in 3 days as opposed to your 1 month and 3 days.)
Enclosed is photographic evidence of the address labels. The first one being the original letter.
The next of the International Waybill.
And the third, the final shipped package.
Note that the word BAJA is suspiciously absent.
I would appreciate some comments
Yours Sincerely"
I regard the NO RESPONSE as rude and offensive and needless to say will NEVER again use their service.
