I went to Skin Secure for my first ever facial and it's safe to say I will never go anywhere else…read moreafter my experience. When it comes to skincare, I am clueless. My usual "routine" is to remove my makeup with a wipe - I know, not good - and that's about it. Elleni at Skin Secure is extremely knowledgeable about the products and practices of the industry and answered every question I had in detail. I walked into this appointment and just told her to do whatever she wanted to my face, putting all of my trust in her skill because, again, I know nothing about skincare. It was transformative. Not just physically, but I feel like I left the appointment with a newfound appreciation for skincare and an understanding of the products I should and should not be using. Physically, the facial changed the look of my face. I had dry, flaky, bland looking skin when I walked in, and dewy, supple, and glowing skin when I walked out. I think it was the marshmallow mask that did the trick. Marshmallow! Can you believe it?! I know I have a long way to go in my understanding of all things skincare, but I am eager to learn more from Elleni at my next appointment.
