I'm speaking to all of us of Asian descent. The miracle known as Lash Perming, or Lash Lifting, is a chemical treatment process that keeps eyelashes held in a curled position for up to 8 weeks. That's right - CURLED! I.E. actually visible. I found Keta V on Groupon. She was accommodating and easy to work with - I had to re-schedule twice due to work issues. When I did finally make it, she sent me the prep info the day before and greeted me at my car when I arrived to make sure I parked in the correct lot and find the studio. Her place is clean and I felt immediately at ease. As for Keta herself - she's like the friend you knew years ago, but need to catch up with, so patient and well-spoken. The Eyelash Lift is a relatively less well-known process, compared to lash extensions. The idea of coating my eyelashes with chemicals was terrifying. Keta explained the process once before we started and then again during each step. While the procedure wasn't the most pleasant (there's someone pulling on your eyelashes for a good 30 minutes), it was tolerable. Think of the alternative: a 90-minute session of for lash extensions. But the results are much more natural looking - I mean, they are, after all, your own lashes. I've had multiple people compliment me on the results. Also, the perm should last up to 8 weeks, which is about 3x as long as the extensions. I am thoroughly satisfied with the experience and will definitely be going back. Even though I used a Groupon, Keta was respectful and did not try to push any additional products or sessions. Thank you Keta!

Her facials are very relaxing and she uses high quality products that I have only been able to find at two high end hotels through out the US. My skin glows and is plump after I walked out from one of her facials. During a wax or facial she walks you through every step of the process so you know what she is doing and when she is doing it. This is really helpful and comforting during a Brazilian wax! Vali is great and I highly recommend her services!

I am very sure I have left a good review for customer service for this place years ago but the…read morestandards have since plummeted. Also I have spent quite a bit here for one thing or another and except for the semaglutude shots other treatments haven't been great. I also notice the owner is quite hostile towards other negative reviewers, each and every one. Reviews are supposed to be used to improve the services you provide, if you need to do an in service on your vastly new staff you do that. When your NP had poked me 8 times and couldn't get my IV, I was patient (I am a RN myself), and let the pink haired blue truck, now has left lady only start my IVS. The laser hair removal like someone else has said is in effective, I have successfully done that treatment elsewhere but I quit coming for those and have more treatments I can donate to someone that wants to waste their time. I wanted to ask to see a different NP this last time Because I felt the last visit wasn't good but again am all for giving people chances. I had my appointment on the 23rd for semaglutude and pharmacy didn't get it until may 31st when I called wondering why I didn't get the meds. Amman don't fight reviewers. Work on your staff. Also the Botox service I received from a different American spa was much better but they're not in my area this spa is down the street from me but I'll have to look around now for a better place.

I returned three items of clothing the same day I purchased them after trying them on at home,…read more(they had no dressing room), but after leaving the store and a second look at the refund amount I realized it was short a few dollars. I returned and brought it up to the girl at the front desk who sold the items. After staring at her computer for a good 15 minutes, she told me "I didn't return your tax because tax is not refunded on returned merchandise." When I asked her if she honestly thought customers still pay taxes on items they have returned, she looked frazzled and spent another 10-15 minutes on her computer trying to come up with an answer. When she realized I wasn't going to just walk away and let her keep the tax amount, she said "Ok, I'll refund your tax" as if she's doing me a huge favor and making an exception. But even then she gave no receipt for the returns. When I asked for a receipt, she told me: "We don't give receipts on returned items. They're given only for sold items." I asked if she had a pen and paper. She said yes, and just stared at me. So I said, Can you write on a piece of paper that I returned these items and am due a refund? By this time, visibly fed up with her customer asking for something I should have received without asking, she writes on a Post-It note pad "Items returned 8/22." After my experience, I was surprised to see the additional tax actually refunded on my credit card. I was honestly expecting a few more back & forth discussions that led nowhere. What should have been a simple return became an unnecessarily aggravating experience with someone who clearly needs training and basic common sense, like merchant can't keep the tax charged on returned items, or that a customer needs to be provided proof of return. Just goes to show your employees can cost you much more than you realize. They lost my business for good.
