Due to our schedule we allowed them to enter our home when we weren't present and everything went smoothly. Dom was extremely flexible when we had to reschedule due to our contractors mismanagement of completion dates. We just had Dom do a second installation of a stairs runner and once again, had no problems with them doing it when we weren't home. Totally trustworthy, great service and competitive pricing.

We returned to confirm and they SUDDENLY had what we were looking for. After many attempts to connect and meet, they did not return any phone calls. When we finally were able to get someone on the phone, they used rude and defamatory language. Absolutely unacceptable and no way to treat a potential client. I am appalled by their behavior. Within 3 weeks one drawers front fell off and it was then we noticed the handle was drilled incorrectly and the solution was to cut off the screw and insert with some type of adhesive? Within 1 year all cabinet doors and drawers began to separate and fall apart. He also asked for additional money in middle of renovation and then at completion attempted to add additional costs which we refused to pay since he was unable to explain why other than "additional expenses".
