The process was fast and also not by a clever , experienced mechanic or owner. So we left with an unsure feeling , the trailer was all over the place , my wife called friends who were RVers and asked if this was normal . NO it was not. Go to Del Maestro they will help you. Long story short they found my hitch was set up totally wrong and the anti sway bar not installed and the weight distribution bars not connected the trailer hitch didn't even have a safety bolt installed. They corrected it all and gave us a reassuring slow walk around of safety items and pros and cons. Never will we go back to The other dealer ... they should be reprimanded . And as they don't need a licence , which is an absolute mistake by our government, no where can you find registered , licensed mechanics with a 4 year course with one year on job work. And payed as much if not more than Auto mechanics. THIS SHOULD BE MANDATORY BY OUR GOVERNMENT! I know there are mini courses to get a mini licence but far from a real mechanic !

They have been known to arrive as fast as possible if they know children are involved or if deemed an emergency situation. Brown's towing is a family built and family oriented company, they have provided sponsorship to kids baseball teams, and provided services throughout the community such as towing for local demo-derby at the fair. Their pricing is fair and approved by CAA. Not like some companies such as "chaser tow trucks" that will charge whatever THEY feel is appropriate... I would always recommend this company 10 times out of 10.

I live in Toronto, but due to limited space in my big city digs, I store my snow tires in my parents garage in Peterborough. When I called the Honda dealership in late November to make an appointment to get my tires changed, I figured it would be a breeze... Since this is not a review of Trent Valley Honda, I will spare you the details, but suffice it to say, they screwed up... big... and I left with the job undone and very little time before I needed to leave to make it back to the city for work on time. Enter Class A. Every other place in town seemed to be frazzled and overrun by people doing just the same as I was and hurrying to get snow tires on at (what we thought was going to be) the last minute. But not Class A. They listened to my situation, put me on a brief hold to check scheduling, and came back to report that, under the circumstances, they had found time to fit me in. When I arrived, they took my car in right on schedule and were done in no time. Staff was amazing, the waiting area was stocked with magazines and had a television screen showing CP24, and I made it to my destination with time to spare. Thanks guys!
