They are truly service-oriented from the moment you reach out to them, and it starts with Dan. He's friendly, responsive and provides detailed estimates immediately for whatever work is needed. We have a 5-zone sprinkler system with a combination of drip lines and sprinklers in the front and backyard. It's a funky arrangement that needed a serious upgrade. His crew (Marvin and Jose) are miracle workers! They are real problem solvers who managed to reroute some existing sprinkler lines, fix several hidden leaks and provide more water coverage in several zones. Marvin and Jose are a joy to watch. They really enjoy their work and it shows. Marvin will even sing while he's putting in new drip lines or tying off others, and nothing seems to faze him. Both men are polite, courteous and appreciative of drinks and snacks while they work. They say "Thank you, so much" every time. After spending the entire day at our home, we tested the system and everything worked well, but there were a few dry spots I noticed the next day. Dan came by today to collect payment and I showed him the areas where water wasn't quite reaching and he said, "No problem." Marvin and Jose will come back to make a few adjustments -- at no extra charge. Best of all, the new parts they install are guaranteed for 5 years instead of one. Who does that? My irrigation system was built by the last home owner and I have not used it in the past year since I moved in. I didn't even know where are the sprinklers and I expected to see a few leaks. I called Rain Bite and they came, helped me find all the sprinklers, leaking valves, and broken pipes. They did this "inspection" for free. We scheduled the fixing on a Saturday. They fixed everything (and identified a few more leaks then fixed them) in 3-4 hours. I would recommend them to anyone who needs such services.

We also had them check our system after the winter, but when we turned on the irrigation not long after, there were 2 good-sized hose leaks shooting water into the air! When we tried the system again after they came back to fix these, we found that he had capped off the line to one of our raised beds rather than actually fixing/reconnecting it. When we were able to look at it more closely, it was obvious as you can see in the photos! Ended up reconnecting it myself.

He gave me some very useful information regarding how backflow assemblies work. We discussed possible improvements and upgrades to our sprinkler system, With 44 years of experience in working on residential irrigation systems, he has an immense amount of knowledge. Al isn't cheap, but his knowledge and experience are worth a lot. I believe I got my money's worth from Al. I explained to Paul he had me go some tests on the control box but they never worked.pUl came out and tested it and found out the power cord was cut almost in half. There just enough wires connected for the box to show the station times ,ETC.Only problem I had was not Paul's fault but some landscaping workers cut the power cord. Week later the System is working fine except it water's repeatedly after it run's thru it's program. Still waiting for Paul to come and check it out.
