My little girl loves it here. There are many indoor activities for a reasonable price. My issue is with a couple of the parents. A lot of the boys seem to use this place as their venue to showcase their issues. This is a phenomenon from coast to coast regarding similar establishments, because several stand ups talk about the same issue. Last week a boy whipped a ball at my child's head. My child was crying. The response from the boy's parent was sociopathic. " What do you want me to do about it?" I mean, what are we turning in to? We can't take responsibility for anything. my kids had fun but it's a free for all here. not enough employees and the ones here are day dreaming as the children have taken over and they have no power or control. They have an air court and children were just tackling and one specific child felt it was OK to kick another boy repeatedly during the game. And the employee did nothing. Super expensive and you had to pay a parking garage to park. if you bring you child here keep an eye out as the big kids have taken over all zones including the ones met for the little ones read more

I'm stuck between a 3 and a 4. This was our first time there. I was there with 6 kids. We signed the waivers and paid, and the very first slide we had a kid with an injury that had to go home. So my advice is if you want your kid to be safe, make sure you review the rules and make sure kids understand how to use the equipment and safely exit the landing pads. One of the kids didn't realize the floor wasn't a pad and jumped down and hurt her foot. There are no coat racks or shoe shelves. So people just randomly lay things along the walls and floors. The cafe area is fine, the food prices aren't too ridiculous for one of these kinds of places. A slurpee was $6. The equipment looks taken care of and clean. The line went quick. There are a lot of different things for kids to do, jousting does make me nervous, but the basketball area seemed the most used spot for the kids, and the slides were popular. read more

We had our sons birthday here. It was absolutely amazing we truly enjoyed every minute. The gentleman that was helping us truly knows the meaning of hospitality. He was always available when need and did not feel intrusive. He is truly a gem. The facility is clean well maintained and managed. Many different activities for the kids which is great but then it stops there. Came here on a weekend day and aside from the girls working the check in area, I did not see one single staff member working to help supervise the kids and the equipment being used. I guess this newer generation is allergic to working Saturday's and Sundays now. As a result, it's a free for all with the potential rough housing here. Too bad. read more

This place is so disorganized and they charge for absolutely everything. Came for a birthday party, spent more on entrance, socks, and cubby rentals than the gifts. How poor do you have to be to charge for every little thing? No wonder there is hardly anyone here mid-day Saturday. Came for a birthday with my toddler, definitely not coming back to this place or any affiliations of sky zone. How disappointing that we can't even enjoy at least 60 minutes of free jump for a birthday as a guest. Bad experience, wouldn't throw my toddler's birthday here as an option even if it were the last on earth! Guests would be out of pocket before the fun even starts! read more

Best venue to have a birthday party!!! First of all, the new venue is super clean, so unique and amazing! It's fun for ALL ages because they have the infant soft play areas, crawl tunnels for a little bit older kiddos, and all of the ultimate-ninja-like obstacles, silks, soldiers, etc. for all oother ages. Good when it's not super busy for my ) year old. The staff was friendly and the parents and kids weren't to rowdy on this day.

I'm curious to what the age limit is to be dropped off at this location without any supervision ? There was an incident today where 3 teenage boys definitely under 16 were arguing with another parent. I heard the kid call the woman terrible names and also said "If my mom was here, she would beat your a@@" The manager supposedly kicked them out, but they were back an hour later without any supervision . Not sure if this is a good idea to have teenage boys who were certainly being mean and bullying other kids to be left unsupervised. read more

I'm very disappointed with this location, I have been to others and paid with my card like normal. Took my daughter and her friends 3/6/24 paid and thought things were ok as usual. Today I noticed a charge of 83.97 on my card, which is weird cause I have not been there in almost a year. I look deeper into into my account and I have been paying 83.97 monthly for 10 month totaling over 900$. I'm extremely I called to see what happen and they are telling me I got a membership for 3 kids and didn't even have the correct number on file and also would not help me cancel just told me to go on the website. It is my experience that Sky Zone is a complete SCAM. I have been trying to cancel my multiple auto-pay memberships at the Evanston location for months and it has been impossible. I have called many times and am either directed to a full mailbox, put on a long hold, or transferred to a busy line. The online member portal will not acknowledge the email/phone info I provided at sign-up. I even tried once in person and was told to call--no frickin joke. I have lost hundreds of dollars as it has been months since we've visited and since I started trying to cancel. Complete and utter thievery--don't let them dupe you into the membership! read more

Dishonest. I signed up for a month for my family and they automatically renew it without telling you. They claim it said that in the fine print someplace. Very bad business practice. Not nice at all. No response when I contacted them about this. It has happened to friends also. read more

My grandson was in town a few weeks ago. I took him and my daughter to Sky Zone in Evanston. What a wonderful experience. I wish I was a kid again, watching them, jumping and climbing interacting with other families so much fun. The place was clean. The staff was friendly. They had a nice snack concession. The manager Zach was so warm and helpful. I was very impressed. It appears to be terrific for all ages. My grandson is 4 and he was able to climb and use the trampolines. Teens were enjoying some of the larger equipment at the same time. They even have warped walls like on Ninja Warrior. read more

Was there on Sunday evening. My kid had a blast and all the activities were well-staffed...but the non-activity areas were filthy. Trash everywhere and literal drops of blood on the floor of the women's bathroom. Hope they can get the cleanliness under control, because otherwise we won't be back. read more

As a sky zone enthusiast, I was expecting far more trampolines. The games and activities are cool and all, but as a long time bouncer, I come to Sky Zone to just jump and flip - a sentiment shared among the bouncing community. Jumping was not really an option when there were so few trampolines and I was very disappointed. read more
